We are an easy walk to the Capitol, minutes from your choice of 5-star restaurants, and local coffee roasters. Golden One Center, the waterfront, and Old Sacramento are a quick ride share or Jump Bike ride. Renovated in April 2019, our well-equipped guest house backs to quiet green space and offers a private patio with gas fire table.

The space is equipped with everything you need for a weekend, a week, or a longer stay. Newly renovated with a "back to the studs" remodel completed in April 2019, the guesthouse has central heat and air, in-suite washer and dryer, quartz counter tops, white kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, and stainless steel appliances. The modern bathroom with a spacious walk in shower boasts a luxurious rain shower head and lighted mirror over the vanity.

The bedroom has a queen bed and black out shades behind the light filtering shades to allow you sleep in, if that's your jam. High end linens and a curated design will make you feel as if you've booked a swanky resort room!

The living area has comfortable modern furniture and a flat screen TV. We provide a Roku with Netflix and DIRECTV NOW, which means you can watch what you want, when you want. The upgraded sound system with sound bar means a movie in is almost as good as a movie out.

Hungry? You're in luck! While the guesthouse is all provisioned for cook at home meals, we are located just blocks away from Midtown Sacramento's thriving farm to fork restaurant and bar scene.
