Introducing Vacation Station SP104, This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome located at Signal Point Townhomes.
The 2nd level has an open concept living, dining, kitchen, half bath and covered balcony
On the 3rd level there is a guest room with a queen bed and the main bedroom with a king bed and a twin over full bunk bed. In the living room there is a convertible sofa bed.
There are two parking spaces for this unit, one in front of the garage and an overflow space by the community pool. Guests are also allowed to use the garage. All stays are required 3-night minimum. Sorry, no pets allowed. Golf Cart is already included for $75 plus tax a day for the duration of your stay.
