Bayview Retreat | Bay Views, Pool + Hot Tub Access

Welcome to Unit #315 - Bayview Retreat! This one bedroom, one bath condo has gorgeous views of Aransas Bay from the private balcony on the third floor of the Laguna Reef Resort. Enjoy cool bay breezes and bird watching from the complex grounds along with great fishing from the 1000-foot lighted fishing pier. Cool down in the Laguna Reef swimming pool or relax in the hot tub overlooking Aransas Bay. You can even grill up your best catch in one of the grilling areas!

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and large picture windows facing the bay. There is a table that seats 2 people and seating for 2 more at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, and coffee maker. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and nice decor. All linens and towels will be provided and guests will have access to a laundry room that takes quarters. This condo also has Wi-Fi.

Bayview Retreat is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing and gives you the option to purchase a day pass or an annual pass. There are two piers at the Rockport Beach, the south pier is free and the north pier has a beach admission fee. There is also a boat ramp. We have a list of fishing guides on our site as well.

Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. If you feel like shopping than you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind and walk along Austin Street and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques.

This is also a prime location for birding! Little Bay has many protected areas for birds that you can enjoy while walking along the water. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum.
