Large spaces include two living rooms inside and another outside on the large screened-in back porch. Vacances en famille

Une semaine magnifique sous le soleil, prĂšs de la plage et des commoditĂ©s, du temps en famille (3 gĂ©nĂ©rations sous le mĂȘme toit!) dans une maison toute Ă©quipĂ©e! Savoir qu'il faut traverser une route Ă  4 voies trĂšs passantes pour se rendre Ă  la plage. NĂ©anmoins, tout le matĂ©riel nĂ©cessaire est disponible et Ă  notre disposition, nous avons grandement apprĂ©ciĂ© les jeux pour les enfants! Manque table Ă  diner Ă  l'extĂ©rieur Ă  notre avis. Les rĂšgles sont claires et le contact avec l'hĂŽte a Ă©tĂ© extraordinaire!

The host was amazing! She is a great communicator and very helpful and attentive. The location is excellent offering great access to the beach and amenities yet still providing privacy when at home. The home was spacious, laid out well and the pool and patio area were great for a family gathering around the pool. Overall, our stay was a 10 out of 10!!!

This is a great house on a quiet street in close proximity to the beach. It is well stocked with almost all you need including beach gear and cooking supplies. There were toys and games for kids. Additionally, the pool is a great size and deep, perfect for kids who like to dive! Would definitely recommend.

Family Beach getaway

The accommodations are as expected and more! Plenty of room for our family, including our young adult daughters. We had the comforts from home with so many options within walking distance - restaurants, beach, etc. The pool and patio areas were a big hit when we gathered at the house! The neighborhood was really nice and it was great to walk the dogs around. And the sunrise is AMAZING! 5 min walk to catch it each morning. We all had a fantastic week at Mermaid bay! Thank you!

Very close to everything including beach


First time staying here. Plenty of room for six adults and two teenagers. House has been recently remodeled. Very nice kitchen and dinning area. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Very close to everything. Walking distance to beach access and restrooms. Owner was very responsive. We will definitely be checking into this again.

Escape from the cold - christmas on the beach!

Had a great stay! Everything was just as listed, close walk to the beach, clean, super comfy beds. Heated pool was wonderful!! Helpful book with local recommendations for food and entertainment. Host was super responsive and nice! 10/10 would visit again!

Weekend wedding getaway

My daughter was getting married an we stayed to be close to venue . Beds were amazing a slept great . Pool was amazing . We had such a great time . Only recommendation is it may be time to to get new cushions for patio furniture. They felt like we were sitting in straight wood but other then everything was perfect an we were not outside that much as we were there for wedding an did not get to spend to much time out on patio anyways

Perfect location and wonderfully stocked

We had 9 people ranging from 8 to adults. The house was amazing the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was stocked perfectly. Toys for beach and pool. Towels, dishes, extra blankets, you name it they thought of it. The property has neighbors but you would never know it with the set up of the property and with 9 of us including an 8 year old we could be on the beach in 5 minutes or less walking. Will 100% book again when we return to this area. I reached out to the owner once for a question more than a problem and she was prompt and very friendly.

Minutes from the beach!

The mermaid house was perfect for our family. It is walkable to the beach, minutes from the store, has a huge pool, comfortable beds, and an amazing screened in porch area. We will definitely book again in the future.

Perfect family vacation!

Our stay was incredible! Communication with the property manager, Tesi, was above and beyond. She was always very responsive and answered any questions we had about our stay. The property itself was perfect size for our extended family of 9 adults, 1 child, 1 infant and a dog. It was cleanly, and offered plenty of space. We made so many memories cooking meals together, playing games on the lanai, swimming in the pool, and walking to the beach! The beach is only a short 5-7 min walk away, the cutest ice cream shop is also only about a 10 min walk. It was a perfect getaway!

Lovely Property

The property is lovely and as shown in the photos. The kitchen/living area is spacious and comfortable for everyone. The screened in patio in the pool area is marvelous and a great place for everyone to hang out and visit without being exposed to the sun. Pool and deck area makes for a nice view from the screened patio. Bedrooms are all quite large. The neighborhood is quiet and 1 block from the beach. Plenty of room to park in the driveway and on the street if necessary. Tesi was a wonderful host and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property for family get togethers!

Very Nice Property Manager

We had some issues that needed repair - broken pocket bathroom door in master; not enough hangers; large pasta pot warn out and did not have a lid; smoke detector batteries failed and started chirping. However, when we notified the owners, they took care of everything immediately. They even went above and beyond by lending us a folding table to use for jigsaw puzzles during our stay.

Excellent property close to beach

Our family had an outstanding stay at this property and had a really good experience with the host. We really enjoyed the open layout, plenty of seating, comfortable beds, screened porch, and beautiful kitchen! Needless to say the pool was a highlight of our trip for our kids! Being a short walk from the beach and short drive to the dog beach was the icing on top! Would highly recommend this location and host to anyone!

Family Reunion Returns Home for Vacay

Tesi, the host; was outstanding, the home was great and location was prime as it was next to our hometown Satellite Beach and just down the street from other family properties and homes. If looking for a Space Coast or a past kid of Apolo program or just visiting the Space Force Base, stay here. All enjoyed our stay and will forward all our family earnest recommendations to the host

Awesome spot for a family vacation

My family and I came in from multiple different states. The house was easy to find and the amenities were very helpful to have. Great spot for anyone with young kids—the pool is great and the screened in porch was our favorite. About a 10ish minute walk to the beach. My only feedback is that some of the appliances could be updated (had issues with the fridge freezing some food and the freezer not being cold enough). The washing machine and dishwasher were “okay” as well. But besides that the home was SO perfect for our 5 day vacation with 8 adults and 1 toddler.
