Thanks to Riviera Club's perfect beachfront location, there is a gorgeous view of the Gulf. The best place to watch our world-famous sunsets is from the comfort of your Screened In Lanai! Imagine the joy of sipping a drink on this lanai as you watch the Florida sun sink behind the Gulf waters...or sipping a cup of your morning coffee as you watch the dolphins play. It's a front row seat on one of nature's best shows that changes every minute.

The Living Room includes lots of comfortable seating with a dual recliner sofa and a huge flat screen Roku/Hulu TV so everyone can enjoy a good show after a full day on the beach. The open concept living space also includes a full sized Dining Area with a table for 4 and a Breakfast Bar that seats 3 more. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring brand new major appliances (including that "oh so" important dishwasher), has everything you need to cook up a feast or a simple snack for your family. There's plenty of counter space for prep and all the utensils (including the outdoor grilling utensils for the BBQ), all the cookware (including a crockpot), all the small appliances (two coffee makers, blender, toaster oven) and all the dishware you need! In one corner of the kitchen you will find a handy stackable washer and dryer so you can keep your family in clean clothes throughout your stay.

The large Master Bedroom En Suite features a King sized Bed, its own TV for late night viewing, a private lanai access, and a fabulous view of the Gulf! The Master Bath En Suite has a large vanity/sink area and a newly remodeled, tiled Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom features a queen bed with a twin trundle to give you maximum flexibility for your guests. Right next door you will find the Guest Bath that has been completely remodeled with another beautiful Walk In Shower. There's plenty of storage space in both bedrooms to spread out your belongings and lots of storage space for clothes. And the linen closet holds lots of plush towels for everyone, extra sheets and blankets, and linens for all beds, including the blow up bed located in the hutch with an electric stick for easy inflation.

Another wonderful feature of this vacation home, is the office space w/ desk to allow a guest to work remotely. There's free WiFi in the unit so you bring your laptop. PLEASE NOTE: the laptop and printer in the photo are NOT included - you must bring your own office equipment. There is no TV in the office area, but there is a DVD player in the monitor/screen shown.

The Riviera Club offers wonderful amenities for its guests, including a fabulous resort-sized heated pool with waterfall feature, spa, huge sundeck around the pool with lounge chairs, building elevators, beautifully decorated and secured lobby, and ample on site parking. Of course, the best of all is that the Riviera Club sits on one of our country's top rated beaches - 7 miles of white sandy beach and blue waters of the Gulf.

The Riviera Club Condos are located on the beautiful and quiet South end of the island on the Gulf side, about a block south of Santini Marina Plaza - walking distance to shopping, dining, marina and more! Beach trolley stops right outside the Riviera Club and can take you south to Lover's Key State Park or north to all the night spots.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just a short walk to 7 miles of our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters - a place for family fun in the sun, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills, and our world famous sunsets! The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle!

Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. Beach renourishment has been completed and the beaches are more beautiful than ever.
