Ce condo non-fumeur d'une chambre au 5ème étage à Estero Beach & Tennis Club offre une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe du Mexique et dispose d'une nouvelle cuisine avec lave-vaisselle! Profitez des magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis le balcon et promenez-vous le long des sept miles de la plage blanche immaculée. Nous fournissons également un guide d'identification des oiseaux pour ceux qui s'intéressent à l'observation des oiseaux depuis le balcon.

Cette unité lumineuse et joyeuse a un décor de Floride et a été récemment rénové, y compris de nouvelles tuiles dans la cuisine et le salon. La nouvelle cuisine comprend un lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cuisinière, réfrigérateur, ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle et armoires agrandies. Best spot on the beach!

We loved this unit, the location was ideal for us. Beautiful beach, so quiet and peaceful! Pool was fabulous, not crowded at all. Everything you need is close by, we did rent a car though, not much walking distance. Absolutely perfect unit, had beach towels, chairs, even coffee! Would definitely be back!

Winter getaway

My husband and I got away from the cold to this lovely condo on the beach. View was great. condo had everything you could need for a relaxing stay. All the residents we spoke to were very friendly. We spoke to the owner several times he was both friendly and helpful.

Spectacular Views & Sunsets

This 5th floor condo in building B was just as pictured on vrbo. We loved the location with spectacular views & sunsets. Although our January stay was chilly, the pool was warm. We enjoyed daily beach walks & shelling. Jerry, our host, was fantastic! We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Best beach for families

Shallow and clean waters. Beautiful shells for buildings sand castles with kids. Nice cozy condo. Viewing of sunsets right feom the balcony. Warm poll. Condo complex is well maintained. Be ready that the area at Fort Myeta beach is still recovering after the Ion A

Great place!

Nice cozy condo with excellent view of ocean. Spent mornings sipping coffee on balcony with dolphins going by. Pool is excellent and warm! Condo is very close to ocean. It’s literally right out the front door. Laundry facilities very good. Need a car to get around though.

A nice getaway

The location was good except for the beach recovery activity that went on in front of the building all night long. Red tide made the beach challenging at times with all the dead fish. The traffic standstills heading north made exploring the island impossible.The unit was nice and the weather was a very welcome change from what we have at home.

We like the location

We like the south end of the island because of the quietness. Unfortunately we didn't know they were working on the beach when we were there so that kind of ruined our stay. Did not like the bathroom, needs some fixing up....get rid of the tub for us old people. And there were a few other things I could complain about but I'm not going to...we worked through it. But otherwise it was comfortable.

Gorgeous View

We were happy to return to FMB. View/balcony were amazing. Condo was clean and ready for us. Jerry was easy to work with and responded to questions promptly prior to our stay! Pool was new and re-opened, and always warm. Super easy to get to the beach. construction in process throughout the complex, and some work to finish in condo, but did not negatively impact our stay. Condo was well stocked in the kitchen. We just weren't prepared for a single trash bag/toilet paper roll/paper towel roll. Bring your own towels if you are planning on going to the beach!

You get what you pay for

Nice location. Unfortunately, there were cockroaches and some other small bugs. Toilet is is not seated to the floor. Was only given a half roll of toilet paper (we arrived on Thanksgiving, not a lot open). We cleaned before we left and stripped the bed to discover a very gross mattress. It's essentially a studio apt. Owner is nice and very quick to reply. However, when I mentioned the cockroaches. He said he was unaware. However, we later discovered a can of raid for Roaches under the sink.Was only offered a simple, sorry. I will visit the area again but, will find another rental.

I appreciate you bringing the pest issue to my attention - this was the first I heard of it. A pest spray service was scheduled as soon as possible after your call. Your concerns about the supplies and mattress were relayed to our management company to make sure these items are addressed.

Would not rent this condo Poor condition

I have a lot of complaints. I call the office about the bad smell as we walked in. It smelled like dead fish. The condo was totally outdated. Blind were falling apart and would t close all the way No clothes basket to take your laundry downstairs to clean. Skillet was so bad that we would not use it because it was in very bad condition. Needs painted. Carpet in the bedroom was so dirty I took pictures if you want to see what I am talking about. There's more issues

I am sorry that the condo di not meet your expectations. Appreciate you bringing the skillet and clothes basket to my attention, will get those purchased immediately. The carpet was to be replaced by July 4 but was on back order. It is now scheduled to be installed in early September.

Vacation time waisted on the phone

The first major issue was the LACK of pool passes that were not provided for the first five days. Seriously I had to ask to be let into the pool and borrow a pass if I needed to use the restroom. Huge inconvenience for five days. I was asked to pay for the pool passes and then I would be reimbursed. That’s not gonna happen the owner is paying a management company. The television worked 1day , no instructions. I was told to call Comcast. When I did finally figure it out the next day it wouldn’t work! One garbage bag for a week not acceptable. Two rolls of tp. How cheap! Two of the bathmats were filthy. I wouldn’t even step on them. My friend left she was so frustrated she flew home early. I spent more time than I ever should have had to as a guest trying to get pool passes and the TV to work. I was told the unit would be inspected before check in. Obviously this wasn’t done or they would have realized the pool passes were missing. I honestly need to be compensated for my time and the simple lack of handling issues that were NOT my responsibility! You don’t advertise for a TV if you don’t have one that works or know how to get it to work . I will say the management company was good to work with . Not a great experience at all!

I am sorry this experience was frustrating for you. The pool passes were provided to you, but when you lost them it took time to get them replaced. I contacted the cable company to get the tv service restored when there was a interruption in service in the area.

Ferien am Golf

Ferienwohnung in guter Lage mit schönem Strand direkt vor der Haustüre. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Empfehlung Aldi in Bonita Springs!) und Lokale mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und würde sich sicher über eine Renovierung freuen, alles in allem ok.

Our “Birthaversary” trip to Fort Myer’s

After an initial difficulty having the right codes for the door and gate, it got resolved quickly with a phone call, the unit could use a bit of updating, but it was clean and had a great view of the beach and the Gulf. Stores, shops, and restaurants are close by also. This was our first trip to this area, we usually go somewhere around Siesta Key, but it was a nice change from the crowds, since we had a private beach area. This was our annual “Birthaversary” trip, since my wife and I have the same bdays and it’s our anniversary, may try to go for 2 weeks next year!

This was a GREAT place for our vacation, IT was our first time to Fort Myers Beach, and it was beautiful! This condo was perfect for my girlfriend and I, the view was extraordinary!!

Perfect vacation

The unit is perfect for the family of two or with kids. The balcony view is great!! Very convenient. The building is having two spacious elevators. Nice pool. Pretty easy to communicate with the owner. We received the instruction and door cods prior to our vacation. Have no problems or any issue getting in to the unit at the arrivals time. The only one thing we were missing is the wifi. Planning to reserve the same unit for the next year.
