The Condo welcomes you with a renovated ocean breeze look and feel at the beach. Conveniently and centrally located 5 miles away from famous beaches. This beautiful condo is centrally located off of Cortez road. With a beach look and design set up the Condo offers a Master king size bed with its own brand new bathroom and a 42" smart TV. The Queen size bedroom offers a fresh look and feel of the ocean with a 32" smart TV. The Full over Full bunk beds room offers plenty of drawers space and storage and can sleeps 4 . Plenty of room for dining and an extra gaming room with a fuse ball table. The bathrooms are stocked up with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer and detergent to use. The gas grill is located inside the patio and will need to be used outside. The back yard is fully fenced in for kids, adults and pets to roam around freely.

Guest Access:
The parking is free and it is on the premises. Once you book this beautiful condo we will send you a welcome package with a key code to get in. To access s the beach you would drive one block south to Cortez Road and head straight to Bradenton beach. It is only 5 miles way. There are outdoor security cameras around the premises for the safety of everyone.

Its an easy drive to spectacular Anna Maria Island beaches, Desoto Memorial Park, and Robinson Preserve, which offers miles of bike and walking paths, plus kayaking. In addition, you are just a short distance to downtown Bradenton, which offers all sorts of indoor and outdoor fun, including a history museum, aquarium and planetarium; a performing arts center; an enchanting park that rambles alongside Manatee River; and a bustling marina.
