Assigned parking as well as guest parking.

1 small pet up to 25 lbs is allowed with a non-refundable $400 pet fee.

HIGH SEASON = DEC – APR: $4,600/month
OFF SEASON (or ANNUAL) = MAY – NOV : $2,400/month when renting the whole month, otherwise daily rate applies.

Required $100 HOA Application Fee. Tenant pays $230 cleaning fee.
In High season, a 3 month minimum stay is required.

Vacation rentals less than 6 months require a 12% hospitality tax, all funds paid upfront. Durations longer than 6 months require first, last, security deposit (paid at front) & credit application fee.
