Coastal Lodge--4 BR/2 BA, Dogs OK, In-Town and Close to the Beach!

Welcome to the Coastal Lodge! Located in Port A's "Old Town", it is close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and is in the "golf cart zone".

Unit C is a tastefully-appointed and unique 3 BR/2 BA with bonus areas to accommodate up to 11 guests. It features a large living/dining area with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a covered patio to relax, wireless internet and smart televisions. There is also shared green space for the kids or your dogs.

When you walk through the door of this well-appointed property, you'll find an open-concept living/kitchen/dining area with plenty of room for your group. The living area has a large sectional couch and a large smart television to enjoy your favorite shows.

Off the living room is the master bedroom with a queen bed. The master also has a huge closet with all the storage you could imagine. If you have young children, this area is perfect for a crib or pac 'n' play. Beyond the closet you'll find a bathroom that will remind you of a spa with a soaking tub, dressing table, and frosted doors.

Past the living room is the dining area and kitchen. The fully-stocked kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counters, and plenty of storage.

Beyond the kitchen is a bonus sleeping area with a futon to accommodate children. Off the bonus area is another full bedroom with a queen bed and a smart television. These areas share a full bath with a walk-in shower. In the back of the unit is another bonus area. This one has a full size washer and dryer, and laundry sink, and also serves as a bunk room sleeping three guests.

Outside, you'll find a private covered patio, three reserved parking spaces and shared green space for your kids or dogs. The central location allows you to take a spin around town in a golf cart, spend the day fishing, or relax at the beach. Whatever your plan, the Coastal Lodge is the perfect place for your island getaway!

This property is DOG friendly. We welcome well trained dogs (no puppies) that are not labeled as "aggressive breeds" with a limit of 2 dogs with a total weight under 100 lbs. We charge a $100 per dog pet fee (covers entire stay) and ask that you pick up after them when they do their duties outside and kennel or crate them if they are left home alone. If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed, age and weight of your dog so we can pre-approve them. Unreported dogs will result in a $200 fee, and may result in immediate eviction without reimbursement for the entire reservation.

If you have a larger group, consider renting other units on the property. We are pleased to offer a 1 BR/1 BA (Unit B) that sleeps 4, a 2 BR/1 BA (Unit A), and a 2 BR/ 1.5 BA house with a bonus room at the back of the property (Troy's Retreat). The Coastal Lodge is a non-smoking property. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in the buildings. Guests may smoke outside as long as smoke does not enter the building and guests clean up after themselves.
