As you step inside Captain Twigs, you'll be greeted by an inviting open floor plan that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and extra-large living room, all situated on a single level. The fully stocked kitchen boasts modern stainless steel appliances and a generous pantry, making meal prep a breeze. The spacious living room features plush leather seating, perfect for gathering with family and friends to enjoy the big game or a cozy movie night on the large-screen TV.

Overall it served it's purpose for us but unfortunately upon entering the property on the first day we noticed the floors were filthy , sticky and still covered in glitter and sand in some spots , even found a popped balloon and we had sand fleas all in the house . The ac in the bedrooms took forever to cool down at night and the ceiling fans weren't very good in the bedrooms , our rooms fan had the speed adjustment chain ripped off and hidden in the dresser also bring a mattress topper as the king beds are about as hard as a rock and the walls are very thin with the rooms all being crammed at the back of the house. As for the property management they were very easy to get in contact with even after hours when we had to get a replacement golf cart twice .

Being there for our guests, even after hours and even for two golf cart swaps, is exactly the kind of service we believe in, and we're proud that came through for you. That said, we're genuinely sorry the home didn't greet you the way it should have. Filthy floors, leftover glitter and sand, a stray balloon, and sand fleas are not the welcome we want anyone to walk into, and we hold ourselves to a much higher standard. Please know that had we heard about these cleanliness concerns when you first arrived, we would have sent housekeeping right back out to make it right on the spot. The issues weren't reported to us until two days into your stay, and we truly wish we'd had the chance to fix things sooner. We share this only so future guests know we're always one call away and ready to jump in. We also hear you on the bedrooms. The slow-to-cool AC, the ceiling fan with the missing chain, the firm king mattresses, and the thinner walls are all valuable notes, and we're passing them along so we can keep improving the comfort of every room. Your feedback helps us grow, and we don't take that lightly. If your travels bring you back to the area, we'd love the opportunity to show you a smoother, more comfortable stay from the very first step inside. Life in Paradise Vacation Rentals

We had issues with the ac but was addressed in an appropriate timely manner. The blender did not work and they replaced within a few hours. The one thing that needs to be replaced are the fans in the rooms. Also in the bedrooms with the queen beds, a mattress topper is a MUST and new pillows. We slept horrible in those rooms but the bunks all had comfy beds. Other than that is was a nice place and great location.

Great house. Plenty of room for the 9 of us. The golf cart was a plus for sure! Only negative was one day the house got to 77 degrees in the afternoon.
