Sunswept Condominium Panama City Beach-Gulf Front Condo

This beach condo is easily accessible on the 3rd floor.. The unit is a nice, clean, one bedroom with a loft that is conveniently located on the east end of Panama City Beach. There is a queen size bed in the loft and a comfortable king bed in master bedroom with a walk out patio with chairs and a table over looking the white sandy beach. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat and 60 in tv. The fully equipped kitchen is opportune for all your cooking needs or to just leave your snacks and head out to dinner at one of our many restaurants with a short distance. There are several grills to use on the property. Plenty of room for a relaxing getaway! Overlooking the beautiful white sand beaches.

Great stay!

Everything was as expected. Very clean. Most comfortable beds we’ve ever had in a rental! Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the beautiful gulf. Will definitely book again.

Pleasant and Easy setup

No frills but exactly what I look for when going to the beach. Easy access, great view and not crowded. Parking on premises was easy as well and although on 3rd floor easy to get up the stairs and being on the top and seemingly thick walls between units did not hear any neighbors. Communication with property manager was easy.

Amazing and great ocean views

We loved this place and the area. Very quiet and low-key. This is our second time staying at the complex and it is great for families. We will definitely be staying here in the future. The loft was great for our 2 boys and very clean. If you are looking for a place that is quiet and family-oriented, then this is the place to stay.

Great Place to stay

The property was the perfect location. It was right on the beach. It had the perfect amount of room for our family of 4. The property owner was very responsive and prompt with any questions we had.

Uncomplicated Enjoyment

When you want more room than a hotel, but don't want to stay at a huge condo resort, this is the place! This property was charming, laid back, and perfect for staying RIGHT on the beach. Parking is plentiful and right in front of the building. Stairs were fine for us. We didn't take that much up the stairs because we just left our beach stuff in our car and would take it with us when we went through the gate to the beach entry. It is directly beside the parking lot. Condo was clean and decorated with beach vibes that made it very relaxing. My teens enjoyed the privacy of the loft area. Property had 3 tvs overall, but we only used the one in the LR and the loft as we couldn't get the one in the BR to work. Wifi signal was "off and on" during our stay. Neither of these things were bothersome to us. We found furniture/beds comfortable and appliances in working order. Bathroom has two entrances from the hall and the BR which made it very convenient. There weren't a lot of towels, or abundance of tp, but we only stayed 4 nights. The balcony was wonderul with unobstructed views up and down the beach and large enough for everyone to sit outside. Host communicated very well. Host had some issues with the keypad prior to our arrival and let us know promptly. Some repairs had to be made while we were there. Again, host communicated well. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Overall, we would LOVE to stay here again!

Cool little condo

Cool little condo. Great view of the beach, and easy access. Very accessible to everything you may need. Convenient store and souvenir shop just a walk across the road. Several local seafood restaurants only 3 to 10 min. drive. Walmart located maybe 5 minutes away. Condo itself was clean and to itself and the property had the small hometown feel. Plenty of parking. It is located on 3rd floor, so I wouldn’t suggest for elderly or physically handicapped. Had a great time and if I go back to PCB in the future will for sure be staying here again.

Family friendly on the beach

Cute property at a good price on the beach! Perfect for parents and teens with the loft sleeping area. Great balcony to relax on drinking coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evenings. Direct beach access where the crowds aren’t crazy! Was perfect for our spring break get away!

Great view, cute condo!

We had a blast, the condo was great for the most part! Had a few small problems, remotes didn't work to the bedroom tvs(we weren't there to watch tv though so it wasn't a big deal for us) and the ceiling fan in the livingroom stopped working our last 2 days but overall, it was a cute, clean condo, had what we needed, comfortable beds, had a great view and fast, easy access to the beach. Blair was fast and easy to get in touch with whenever we had questions or needed anything! I would recommend for small family or group looking for a great beachfront view and a small, quiet community/place thats not overcrowded and has quick & easy access to the beach, fun activities and restaurants!

Highly recommend

Our stay was very enjoyable, plenty of space and it was very clean upon arrival. The location was spectacular and the children didn’t want to leave the pool. The only thing that isn’t mention is if you rent a golf cart or anything of that nature for travel you CAN NOT park it at the condo, it will be towed. Overall a wonderful stay and will be staying here in the future.

Blair was wonderful to work with, the condo had excellent views, and the decor was cute. I highly recommend a new housekeeper. We had to wash our bed linens and the dishes in the cabinet and silverware had grease and dried on food.

Beautiful condo, very clean, steps away from the beach!

We loved our stay here!! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice patio overlooking the ocean with very nice comfortable chairs. We loved how close this condo was to the beach. The boardwalk to the ocean is right at the landing of the steps to condo. The pool was nice and clean! Very family friendly area!! We will definitely be staying here again.

Great location!

My family and I stayed here in April and it was the perfect spot for us. The listing was exactly as pictured. With a 1 year old, it was great to not have to wait for elevators at a huge resort. It was very easy to go back and forth from the beach. Blair was responsive and timely. We had a blast and could not have booked a better place! The location was perfect for us. Everything we needed was around the corner without the backed up traffic of front beach. We will definitely return!

Stayed here for spring break with a couple friends. The property was exactly as listed and the host communicated quickly and clearly if we needed anything. Fully stocked kitchen and extra sheets/blankets included. Overall a great experience and host!!
