Relaxing 1Br Condo sleeps 4. Pool outside back door. Beach Access.

You will love the convenience of Sunswept 303. The condo is located on the first floor next to the pool. Parking is right outside the front door so you won't have to deal with long walks from a parking garage or waiting for an elevator. Beach access is on the south side of the comlex.

The condo has a King size bed in the bedroom, a kitchen with the essentials, and the living room includes a hide-a-bed couch that can sleep 2 additional guests. There are televisions in the Living room and bedroom with basic cable. The unit includes a washer and dryer. The patio has seating with a view of the pool. Wireless internet is also included so feel free to stream your favorite shows and movies.

We have loved this complex since our first stay. We really like the quiet atmosphere of the east end of the beach. You will be close to St. Andrews state park, the marinas, and Shell Island. Should you decide to venture to the west end of the beach, Pier Park is only 20 minutes away via Back Beach Rd.

We pride ourselves on offering a clean, well-maintained condo at an affordable price. We think you will love it just as much as we do.

We have Direct TV stream and Xfinity apps on the TV for you to use. The Xfinity App has the 4 local stations for the area... ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC. The Direct TV app has 130 channels to choose from. You are free to install your own apps to stream, but Please don't uninstall or logout our account on XFinity or Direct TV.

Comfortable Reasonable Condo close to Beach

The property was well maintained. The condo was perfect size and had what we needed. The property owner Tom was kind and very attentive to my questions, etc. Location was great and the beach access was amazing. I would absolutely stay here again 😊

Fantastic

Perfect for my son and I. The condo was exactly as described, ver clean and has everything you need. Everyone we met staying at the condos were very friendly and repeat guest. The host was very helpful with questions and suggestions on places to eat. I have found a place we will stay on our yearly beach trips. We will be back and I will recommend to all I know. The sliding door in the bedroom was extremely hard to lock and unlock. The gate code to the beach was last years code. My 27 year old got stranded on the beach during a bad thunderstorm. A couple of young people used their code and gave it to him also so he could come and go to the beach.

Location is perfect. Beach is steps away and pool is great right outside patio we’ve stayed in quite a few very nice ones at Sunswept but this one was not so good All the vents had black mold Behind the bed was disgusting. Mounds of human hair on head board All baseboards throughout were filthy. All the Doors have black hand prints on them the patio curtains are disgusting and the patio door tracks are full of dirt and grime patio was dirty and Needs a good sweeping and cobwebs taken down The condo itself needs a very deep cleaning and it really needs updated bad

Another Great Stay

This was our first time in this unit; however, we have stayed in several others owned by the same owners. This was a great, ground floor unit facing the pool. As always, everything worked well, was clean, and enjoyable. Great water pressure in the shower in this unit, by the way. Shannan does a great job preparing the units for guests. Sunswept is a great, family-friendly complex with no annoying elevators or parking garages. We parked right outside our door and it was literally three feet to the door to unload. This is very convenient and I think, my husband’s favorite part, because he carries most of our gear. The pool is always clean and the landscaping is nice. Multiple charcoal grills are available. The beach access gate is coded to increase safety, and the rinse off station is great and easily accessible. I like the fact that Sunswept has its own flagpole to state current water conditions. This end of the beach is quiet and relaxing. We saw two weddings, two turtle nests roped off, and some fireworks. If you forget anything, there is a beach shop and a gas station within reasonable walking distance. There is also a Dollar General just a short drive away. We ate at Triple Js, and they NEVER disappoint. The weather this time was a little overcast at times, and I saw my first water spout, which was pretty amazing!

The Perfect Spot!

Me and my boyfriend enjoyed this little piece of paradise so much during our one month stay! Perfect location, close to all the attractions & nestled in a more secluded/quiet area. Also can’t beat being a few steps away from the beach. Definitely recommend this lovely get away! Hope to stay again soon!

Great location, 5 minute walk to beach. Dishwasher did not work which was fine. Ceiling vent is black with mold probably due to vent not working. Mold in shower ceiling from previous water damage. Everything else was great. Great communication from owner

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. A short walk to the beach. The condo was clean and had all of the things we needed. It's a family oriented location. The pool was right outside of our backdoor. We loved the leisure of leaving our beach things on the backporch. We will be back!

We chose this location as the closeness to the Beach and and this location had a Pool played a huge factor. The unit was just right for 2 people. The property owner is nice and responses to messages were quick and timely. Overall it was a good stay and looking to staying again possibly down the road.

Best place I have stayed in PCB!

This place was cozy and clean!! Plenty of room and check In and out process was simple!! The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby long days out in the sun!! Definitely will go back to this place!!
