Great place for a big family!!!

Our stay was fantastic. We did have some issues with cleanliness, but upon reaching out to Destination Vacation(the property management company), those issues were offered to be quickly handled. The set up was fantastic for our huge family. The view is beautiful and the walk to the beach is as easy as can be without being directly on the beach.

Spacious Duplex, Great Location

These duplexes worked great for our group of 20. Having 2 kitchens and a full size fridge in each was much needed. There is an amazing view of the beach from the front porches and the many of the windows. Beach access is right across the street and the beach was perfect even for our young children. There are 2 full showers outside and 2 full laundry rooms which made it easy to clean up after a day at the beach. Definitely a place we plan on staying at again.

Cleanliness is a BIG issue

When we first arrived on site, the cleaner was about an hour behind so we had to sit there and wait for him to get done to complete our check in. Upon arrival, the towels left on the bed by the cleaner were stained and looked dirty. We tried to use the grill the first not but the grill was so filthy, the bottom had rotted out and the propane tank was empty. The worse part of as is many folks in our party were dealing with severe allergies. After a few days, we realized it was because of MOLD actively growing in the house. It was growing on the furniture and on the ceiling above the kitchen. This was taking place in BOTH units. I reached out to the property manager and the REFUSED to do anything about it. I highly recommend that no on stay here if you are concerned with your health
