Welcome to J n J's Beach House, where trendy design and coastal vibes combine to create a relaxing sanctuary in Port St. Joe but also offers those seeking adventure access to the Windmark Beach Community and all of the amenities that the area has to offer!

The living space will draw you in with its abundant, natural light, calming touches of sand and sea, and natural fabrics and textures. With space for 14, this stylish home is ideal for families traveling together. This single level home will beckon you with its bright, pristine kitchen stocked with essentials, dining area, breakfast bar, and inviting living room hues. Doors from the living room lead out to a porch with Adirondack chairs where you can kick back and relax.

This beautiful new build features a spacious master suite with en-suite bathroom that boasts a garden tub, double vanity, and walk in shower. The additional bedrooms consist of a king bed and a full sized bunk room – perfect for your littler travelers - and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Lastly is the separated mother-in-law area located inside the home that’s equipped with its own full kitchen, king bedroom, living room with queen sleeper sofa and twin bunk beds, and bathroom - ideal for multiple families traveling together!

In renting this home you’ll also have access to the washer and dryer in the laundry room and the garage, which houses our 4-seater electric golf cart. Please note the golf cart is available for use at an additional $200 charge.

You will love spending time outdoors with the amenities that the Windmark Beach community has to offer! For the beachgoers – this house is a short walk to the beach at St. Joseph’s Bay. Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride down the BeachWalk boardwalk, which runs parallel to the bay. You can drive our 4 seater golf cart(additional fee) for a short ride down to the town center to enjoy ice cream or grab some pizza to eat on the beach at Bruno’s Pizza! The Town Center has a variety of stores from paddle board rentals and a fitness center, to an aesthetic boutique, and craft cocktail bar! A trip to Saint Joe Emporium is a must at Windmark! You can indulge in hand dipped ice cream, shakes, candy, as well as shop for gifts, groceries and bait for your day's fishing. You will love the Village Center Club, which features a beautiful, seasonally heated zero-entry pool. When not swimming, the large lawn area and playground adjacent to the pool deck will keep children entertained. Throughout the year, various events are held on the Village Green, from outdoor music performances to outdoor family movies.

- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.
