This was our third stay at this property and it’s always been wonderful! We have three young children who love the pool and games. My grandmother who lives in a nearby assisted living home comes and visits and we’re able to make a nice dinner with the cookware in the kitchen.

Our annual Fourth of July stay !

As always, Bob and Suzann’s home is perfect for our large family. We travel from California and Texas to spend time with our mother during the Fourth of July. For the last two years we’ve spend our week at this beautiful home. The kids and adults spend majorities their time swimming in the pool, while others enjoy the table hockey in the den. The rooms are large enough for everyone to enjoy their time. The kitchen is great and we love making family dinners together. There is really no complaints for us. The location is really quiet and extremely close to grocery stores, restaurants and the local Walmart. We definitely recommend staying here. The hosts are amazing and quick to respond to us, if we have any questions or concerns. Thank you so much Bob and Suzann, we will definitely be coming back next year.

Wish we had more time!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Yuma for 4 days and 3 nights. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to settle in right away. One of the highlights was definitely the pool — it was perfect for cooling off and spending relaxing afternoons. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend.

Cute, comfy house

We were visiting grandparents who have a park model in Yuma, so wanted a place where we could all visit and spread out. This was a great house for it! Lots of space, comfy beds, and the pool was perfect. There was a nice amount of outdoor furniture too.

Very Comfortable Home

We are four senior women who get together once a year just to play Minnesota Canasta and visit. Yuma is a good location as one of us comes from Prescott AZ, one from Tucson AZ and two from San Diego. This home was perfect for us. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We hope to use it again next year.

Excellent and spacious four-bedroom home. We enjoyed staying there during a family reunion. We especially loved the heated pool and used it every day. The property was very clean and well-maintained. Suzanne was quick to respond and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Second Stay, Great as Always!

This was our second time staying at the property and it was wonderful as always. We paid to have the pool heated and our kids swam comfortably every day in 70 degree weather. Plenty of space to relax, smart tvs in every room, and a well-equipped kitchen! Will definitely stay again next time we visit!

Easy Peasy

The check in was easy and location great. It is about a 10 minute drive back to our favorite restaurant, Lin’s, by the mall on 16th. We visit each year 2 times with our kids and there now young adult kids. We all had a great time and enjoyed the back yard first thing in the morning with the fire pit and had coffee. Thank you to our hosts.

Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed here in July with a group of 10 people all over 18 and it was the perfect size for us. The house had everything we needed in it. We all enjoyed the pool. The hosts were great with communication. All in all a great experience for us!

Great spot!

This property and it's owners were perfect. The owners were prompt to reply in our communication and very accommodating. The home was wonderful and fillled with all the amenities promised and much more. This place will very much make you feel at home.
