Everything was clean and very comfortable. Check in and entry was a breeze and the accommodations were great and got good use of the pool in the Yuma early summer heat.

Backyard area was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Pool was nice but not heated so was a little too chilly for the time we were there.All furniture was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little house

We only stayed for 2 nights but we wished it could've been longer. Pool was incredible. Bed in the master bedroom was comfy. No complaints. We want to come back here next time we're in Yuma.

Sisters weekend

My sister niece and I had a great relaxing weekend. Lounging in the pool and relaxing watching movies on the big screen tv equals a great girls weekend.

The property was very nice, clean and comfy. Manager kept me informed with details. The only thing was that the pool was not heated so we could not use it (November) Just didn’t know. Would recommend it.

Perfect!!

Home had everything we could possibly need, pool and patio area were AWESOME! Showers never ran out of hot water and they even provided full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool was professionally cleaned before our arrival and again during our stay. Ducks hung out with us all week and were adorable! Home is close to everything, and neighborhood felt very safe and family friendly. We hope we have the chance to stay here many more times!

We have rented from VRBO in Yuma several years ago. The location of each property was great. We were informed by the owner that the clothes washer was broke. We did get a brand new washer a week later. We loved the weather and will go back to Yuma again. There were 3 adults in our house

Relaxing stay

Property has no maintenance, back yard and pool were very dirty . Bird droppings all over and ducks in the pool.we had to clean around the pool and sitting area before using. Pool got cleaned last day we were here then it was good. bbq is very poor. House was good tho. There’s a cat on the property and it said no pets as we had a faimliy member that is allergic to cats. Was a nice week of relaxing but probably find another place next time.

Yuma home with pool

We could not go outside due to cats We are algeric The pool was not clean enough ….until last cleaning a little better. We could not sit on the outdoor porch as the furniture was dusty and the cats liked the furniture. The table in the yard had dust and grease stains. Pigeon s roost and droppings all over especially around diving board and grill. Grill was unacceptable. We wanted to spend time outdoors impossible!

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-Local wildlife, including stray cats, can be difficult to manage, but we’re looking into additional deterrents to keep them away from the property.- High winds during your stay contributed to dust buildup on outdoor furniture and the pool area, but we’ve addressed this with our cleaning team to ensure a more thorough and consistent routine.- We’re taking extra steps to keep the patio, grill, and diving board cleaner, including paying closer attention to bird activity.- The grill will receive additional care so it’s in better shape for future guests.We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.

Perfect Yuma Getaway

-From pre-check in to departure, outstanding communication from the hosts who were in contact with us to make sure everything was in order for us to have a seamless stay. - The house/property was absolutely perfect, a 10+ out of 10. - Superbly clean and filled inside and outside with everything we needed ( + more) . - You can tell the hosts care, from cleanliness, supplies, to really nice touches to make you feel welcome and at home. - So many great areas, huge couch, living room, dining area and we certainly made the most of the GREAT outdoor patio and pool area. Our family with children had an amazing time, with zero issues. -Bonus for us and kids was the wildlife in the neighborhood, ducks with their ducklings around. -I've have stayed in places where you get one towel each, or one tea towel, It was so nice to have many towels inside for us of all descriptions and separate pool towels available. - We made token a gesture trip to see around Yuma, but the draw for was to meet with family in a halfway location (Yuma), with the house being our focus/destination, and it was perfect. - If you are looking to stay in Yuma, this is the place.

Beautiful, classy home

This home is updated with beautiful kitchen & upgraded appliances. Home is in good taste. Bedroom super comfy! updated bathrooms. Gorgeous, yummy, super refreshing pool! Total privacy in back. Back patio with awning to enjoy fresh air in all weather. Very comfortable chairs/sofas positioned all around. Managers very responsive, helpful & caring! Even "priority mailed " back item left behind! This is our new "Home away from Home" in Yuma. Close proximity to Mexican border(where we do dental work) and many stores.... Please accept our thanks for a wonderful stay -the oasis of peace and tranquility!
