The perfect place to gather with friends and family!!!

Bring the whole family to enjoy this centrally located and newly remodeled condo. Minutes from golfing, hiking, biking, boating, fishing, shopping and more. This condo accommodates a large family comfortably. Large master bed/bathroom on main floor. A second master bed/bathroom upstairs with a twin over double bunk with twin trundle bed. Second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over double bunk with twin trundle bed. Youngsters will love sleeping in the truck bunk bed in the loft. The loft also has a sofa bed. Enjoy a movie on our big screen projector. Foosball and games available for the kids. As a courtesy to our guest we provide some pool toys, kids scooters and other outdoor games. Kids will love the communal playground across the street and the clubhouse, pool and hot tub are just a short walk away. Parking of ATVs, boats, RVs or trailers is permitted only in the two car garage or driveway (no overhang in the street). Additional parking of cars is directly across the street.

Great Family Meet up

This property was exceptionally clean, exactly as advertised, and very well stocked with kitchen necessities. Everything was clearly labeled—from the kitchen items to the linens. Check-in and check-out was easy, with clear instructions provided throughout our stay.

Amazing family gathering place

We stayed here for an extended family reunion. There were plenty of beds and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and appliances needed. The property was very clean and tidy. Great stay at the Gathering Place

Very clean and well supplied. The good sized great room was a nice place for all of us to be together and play games and talk while preparing meals. Plenty of beds, linens, and towels for our group. Lots of games to play together and comfy couches to relax in.

Amazing family vacation spot

My family and I stayed here for the weekend. The kids LOVED it!! The beds and game room were their favorite. As a parent I appreciated the pack and play and the high chair for my baby. They had all the amenities to accomodate the 8 of us. The host was incredibly responsive and they made the whole process quick and easy for us as the guests.

The Perfect Gathering Place

We loved this property. It was clean, spacious and so well taken care of. There was plenty of functional room for all of our kids and grandkids to stay and hang out. We were never on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed to cook for our large crew. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions that came up during our stay. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for making this family vacation wonderful!!

My family loved this place. Very clean, comfortable and spacious

We will try and book this same place the next time we are in the area. It’s a very nice home with room for our large family. We loved our stay here. Kitchen is well equipped. Pantry even had a few essentials like pancake mix and syrup. Club house and pool were also great.

Gathering place

We had 12 kids and 6 adults for our stay, the house was plenty big and slept all of us comfortably. The owners were great to answer any questions quickly. We’ll definitely be back

2022 St. George vacation

We had a great experience in this unit! The house was very clean, organized, and taken care of. There were several beds which made our family comfortable and slept great. We especially appreciated the baby items (high chair/ crib / spoons). The only suggestion would be for the hosts to provide a garage door opener. We've stayed at other units in this area and they have always given us a garage door opener. It was a little annoying having to get out of the car to do the code. Other than that though the unit was excellent!!

The Complete Package for a Family Get-Together

We could not have asked for a better experience at the “Gathering Place”. The house is beautiful and filled with so many wonderful amenities and an abundance of beds for a big family gathering. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and had everything clearly laid out for us to maximize our stay. The house is conveniently situated next to a playground and the pool is just around the corner. Sand Hollow is less than a 10 minute drive and there were so many fun things to do just minutes from the house. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Just a perfect place to stay

I wish we had more days here - the condo is super clean, very roomy and wonderfully appointed. I love the area (have stayed in the same neighborhood previously) and it is a great place to stay just outside of St George. Brody was great to communicate with and everything was perfect. Can't wait to come back!

Nice Place

We loved this place! Ck in and out was easy! Place was clean and very comfy! Room for everyone. Kitchen was very well stocked with necessities. Kids loved the game room. Nice so the adults could visit and kids were entertained! Pool was so very nice and just a short walk away! Worth every penny!
