Tropical oasis in downtown Ft Lauderdale. Our home is within walking distance to the famous Las Olas Blvd which is the center of the city featuring restaurants, rooftop bars, and shopping. The safe and beautiful neighborhood of Rio Vista is the most desirable neighborhood in the city. Our home features a gorgeous private heated pool, gas grill, indoor fireplace, and lush tropical orchid gardens.

This home is an authentic Mediterranean home with a heated pool and a private lush oasis in the heart of Ft Lauderdale's prime location. There are large modern bathrooms, natural gas grill, and a grand master suite upstairs with a private balcony.

This is a great property located in a very nice neighborhood in Ft. Lauderdale. Very quiet and close to great restaurants and entertainment. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and clean. Beautiful pool and backyard for hanging out. Well stocked kitchen. Great location! There are many fragile decorations throughout the house and a required security deposit. Therefore, you need to be very careful with your suitcases, and you would need to keep a close eye on younger children.

Wonderful Time in a Charming Ft. Lauderdale Property

House is very charming and well appointed. The atmosphere indoor and out is well thought out and designed. We had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the heated pool. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood that is walkable for relaxation and/or exercise. It's also in walking distance to the Las Olas shopping and restaurant district. Highly recommended the property. The management company, BNY Concierge, is very professional and reliable.

We'd Stay Again

The Good. Beautiful home with up-to-date working appliances. Home is clean and well-maintained. Good communication with the host before/after the stay.The Bad. Nothing, really.What Might Have Been Better. Anything I say would be super picky, nothing really to deduct stars over.

my stay in Florida

From the very beginning of this process I got the impression that the host only wanted to communicate via text or email .I found this frustrating at times I would ask a question and they would get back to me 4 hours later and not really answer the question . advise to the host ,don't be afraid to talk to your customers .Its the best way to make there stay a nice one. I won't be using this host for any of my bookings in the future

Rio Vista Villa

Great location, great neighborhood and lovely home. Easy walking distance to restaurants, parks, shopping, and boat/water taxis across the river to Las Olas. The villa was clean and provided a perfect place for six of our family members to gather for the week. The kitchen was well appointed and the bathrooms were great, the family loved the showers!! Unfortunately, neither the grounds of the property nor the pool had been tended to, before or during our stay. The pool furniture was not set up, the pool wasn't cleaned and the yard had not been serviced. That was a disappointment. Other than that, everything else was great. It was a special time and place for our family to be together. Thank you.

Perfect Location in Quiet Neighborhood!

This house is exactly as listed. It was perfect for our family of 4. My family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the walk to Las Olas Blvd. from the house was not too bad. We did rent a street-legal golf cart to go to and from Las Olas and the beach which was a nice alternative to driving in a car. Overall a great stay. Thank you!

Beach get-a-way!

I booked this property at the last minute. The host responded promptly to all inquiries. The property was as advertised. It is in a great location near downtown Fort Lauderdale. The house was clean, very well stocked with all necessities and had high end appliances. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Great location and heated pool is awesome!

We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. We stayed in this house for a 5 day trip. I thought the house was beautiful and had everything we needed and a fairly nice layout, with one exception. The entrance to the master bedroom is via a spiral staircase from the back of the living room and there is no sound barrior between the two rooms. Something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper or want some privacy. (The queen bed in the master is extremely squeaky as well) Other than that, the heated pool / hot tub in the backyard was fantastic! The walk to town wasn't bad, although best if you can catch the free ferry to take you directly across, rather than walking up to the next bridge over the canal (download their app, Lauder Go Water Trolley, to see where the ferry is in real time!) There is a tunnel across the canal which is closest, but it was not pedestrian-friendly during our visit due to ongoing construction. Overall, we had a great stay with plenty of room for our family of 5! We would go back!
