Fabulous Coconut Cottage

The place was smartly decorated, clean, and had every thing you could possibly need. The backyard is private and a great placeto hang out with the pool. Close to everything. Will definitely be back!

Lovely little oasis in Victoria Park

This property had everything we needed and the communication was fantastic and the home was well appointed and spotless. To be honest, we spent most of the time in the pool!

We enjoyed our stay in Coconut Cottage. As a family of four all the facilities we needed were present (air conditioning, swimming pool, large fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, two bathrooms, off street parking, WiFi etc.) The reasons that we would rate as Good rather than Excellent are the bathrooms and some of the decor felt quite dated & the swimming pool was only cleaned once during our stay. I would also like to add that the garden is beautiful & a treat to sit in. Also the location is very good & there is a park close by that was perfect for our soccer playing son. The beds were very comfortable & there was plenty of both cupboard & wardrobe space. Ample towels were provided along with cleaning products.

Thank you for your feedback Luke, we are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. You are correct the home is an older home as most homes are in the Victoria Park neighboorhood (unless torn down and rebuilt), it is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the area. The home was completly furnished as a new VR rental in 2021 with a Bohemian style. We do strive to go above and beyond in cleaniness to make up for some of the older aspects of the home. I am sorry you felt pool service was missed. Pool service is twice a week (excluding weekends) at all of our properties. We checked with the pool service company and they were in fact there on their twice a week scheduled days as it is all logged and documented with the company. There is a lot of tropical foliage in the garden so if summer storms come up or it is really windy it could make debris in the pool (another aspect of this older neighborhood is the all the oak trees and foliage). We do hope to welcome you another time and thanks again for the feedback.

This home was a beautiful oasis close to Las Olas. Lovely home and pool area. High end appliances and walkable to everything. Property manager was responsive and positive. Highly recommended!

We will be back!! Everything in the house is so modern, up to date and very clean. The secluded backyard and pool felt like a private oasis. Access to the city park, just 1 block away, added so much to the location. We went for a run and took the pups to the dog park (they have a separate one for small and large dogs). You can also play basketball and sand volleyball. Met some very nice neighbors. The Friday night concert and drone show was a big hit at the park. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.

well kept house and property, heated pool was huge bonus for ealry morning swims or late night jump in the pool time with the family, located close to food and the beach, but easy to escape the crowds!!!Also the backyard landscaping provides a private tropic retreat, couldn't have lucked out any better for our Famaily vacation! Will definitely return to the coconut cottage!

This house is perfect in every way. Located is a quiet residential neighborhood- never heard neighbors while enjoying the beautiful backyard and pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner- top of the line appliances. We would definitely rent this house again.

From Door to Pool

Great location, wonderful home, super clean and well stocked

My wife and I traveled to South Florida for a week with our two adult sons mostly to visit family but to also take in the beach. This property is absolutely beautiful, remodeled nicely, well stocked, every little detail was thought of. The pool was gorgeous The outside area was comfortable and private. The grill was clean and ready to use. I can't think of a single negative. The house is right near a large park within a one block walking distance. The neighborhood is walkable and you are a five to seven minute walk to Las Olas boulevard if you want to hit up dining or shopping. We will absolutely be staying at this property again when we come back in town!

Great property, great location

The property was beautiful and looks exactly like the pics. Lots of amenities, great central location, beautifully kept. The pool was nice. This was a great home for families/kids. The property is managed by a company so they send an EXCESSIVE amount of emails and keep pushing an app. Unnecessary but the only negative I have.

We did not hear from you one time during your stay, If you found the pertinent informatioin for the home which includes your door code access, household information and services for the home EXCESSIVE all you had to do was pick up the phone or send a message to us and we cold have turned the app off for you you. We are available 24 hourds a day for our guests. Communication goes both ways.

Perfect Airbnb

We had a lovely stay in Fort Lauderdale at this Airbnb! My husband, 2 year old son, and I really enjoyed the house and the pool. The backyard was perfect for us. The pool was the perfect size and temperature and very private. They also provided a bunch of beach/pool toys, beach chairs, and a cooler. Our only issue was there wasn’t a pack n play and highchair like the listing had stated, but we contacted the owners and they got back to us right away and dropped both off the next morning! We really had no complaints about the house. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends!

From the beautiful interior decor, functional kitchen, and cozy beds, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. We were in the pool and bbq’d everyday. The landscape is beautiful and provides a lot of privacy. Kids were happy to get their own bedroom and TV. The service of Ft. Lauderdale Stays was beyond exceptional. Aside from being extremely organized and quick to reply, David and his housekeeper went above and beyond. The housekeeper found my husband’s wedding ring and David mailed the ring out to me the next day. We are so grateful of their exceptional service and compassion. We highly recommend this house and their service. We will definitely go back! Thank you again!!!

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at Coconut Cottage. The house was beautiful and very very clean. It was decorated so nicely and was very inviting. The backyard was incredible!! The pool was so nice and warm, and the backyard was well kept and manicured. The pool was surrounded by beautiful palm trees and plants. You didn’t feel as though you were in a subdivision, there was complete privacy! We couldn’t have asked for nicer place to stay. Everything was spot on from check in to check out. I would rate our experience 10/10!!!!

We had BBQ’s outside most evenings.I would highly recommend Coconut Cottage as i would all the other properties from Fort Lauderdale Stays. They certainly go above and beyond to make their homes welcoming, immaculate, comfortable and stylish. 10/10

Gorgeous backyard and well appointed home!

The back yard is truly a tropical oasis and is gorgeous. The pool warm and sunny! Linens excellent and plentiful. The kitchen has everything one could need for cooking. The one thing the kitchen does not have is spices, oils nor any condiments whatsoever so if you plan to cook plan accordingly. Would stay again for sure!

We had a lovely time at Coconut Cottage! The house is lovely and well-located in Ft. Lauderdale in the historic Victoria Park neighborhood. The house was clean and well-appointed with a number of thoughtful touches. The backyard and swimming pool were a lovely oasis, with beautiful and lush plantings. We loved our experience so much and would recommend the house to anyone seeking a quiet family getaway, but with the beach and good food close at hand!

Coconut Cottage is a relaxing oasis. The home is centrally located for entertainment yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood for privacy and retreat. The house is immaculately kept and is well appointed with nicer furnishings than a typical rental. We look forward to returning here and relaxing by the pool!
