This 4-bedroom home is very elegant and spacious, providing for wonderful family gatherings. The open concept has windows across the entire bay side of the home, providing water views that will take your breath away from the kitchen, dining area, family room, and other gathering areas. The ground level has one bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is another half bath on the ground level near the pool. On the main level there is one bedroom with a trundle bed and two twins as well as a beautiful attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The top level has two master suites each with queen beds and attached bathrooms.
Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
Enjoy the 137-foot boat dock for fishing or lounging about over the water, watch day or night to see dolphins and plenty of tropical birds. Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful and magnificent to behold in person. The home is located on the only private gated peninsula of the island, and is just a short walk to the white sandy beach. This unit has a keyless entry so a code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.
Also close by are shops and restaurants, plus a fully equipped kitchen for your own home cooking. The property also includes an enclosed garage for your car.
