The host was so very helpful and not because we had issues, we had none! The response time was very quick! The home was everything and more. The hosts thought of everything you would need and then some. I would highly recommend this property to everyone! Beach access directly across the street and all the things you would need. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had! Thanks again so very much!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mi Casa Su Casa. From the moment we arrived, it felt so warm and welcoming, with many thoughtful little touches that we immediately noticed. The home is updated and very clean. It had plenty of towels, beach toys, umbrellas, and beach chairs, which made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you could possibly need, which was really nice as we prepared all our meals there. Our family especially loved the bonus game room — it was the perfect space to play games, watch movies together, and just have fun. The pool was also super clean and quickly became one of our favorite spots to relax.Jonathon was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to make our vacation as effortless at possible. One of the tires to the beach wagon was falling, and within less than 24 hours he had replacements at our doorstep. We had such a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks again for an amazing vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at MiCasa SuCasa! This place was perfect for our big family with kids of all ages—from our toddler to the bigger ones. It truly felt like a cozy home away from home: spotlessly clean, super well-organized, and stocked with everything we needed.The heated pool was a blast (the kids got swim time in, even on cooler days, and it was great once the weather warmed up). The game room/garage space was ideal for the kids to play freely, and thoughtful touches like the ready-to-use pack 'n play with sheets, labeled beach gear closet, multiple small kitchen appliances, and a well stocked kitchen made family life so easy.Jonathan and Elaine were fantastic hosts—quick to respond to every message, friendly, and full of helpful local tips on beaches, wildlife spots, restaurants, and more. Communication was excellent from start to finish.The location is so ideal. It is right across from the beach with easy access to nice sandy areas, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to everything on the island.We had the most relaxing, wonderful week with no real hiccups at all. It's incredibly family-friendly and well-equipped for groups with children. We felt completely taken care of and would book again without hesitation. Highly recommend this gem for any family seeking a fun, comfortable beach getaway! Thank you so much, Jonathan and Elaine—5 stars all the way!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this home! The setup is fantastic—spacious, thoughtfully designed, and perfect for relaxing or spending time together. Every detail seemed to be considered, from the comfortable furniture to the layout that made it easy for everyone to have their own space.The house was incredibly well stocked—truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more), and all the little extras throughout the house made our stay feel effortless and welcoming. It felt more like staying in a well-loved home than a rental.Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. This is the kind of place you immediately hope to return to. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free, and memorable stay!

Incredible family beach getaway!

Wonderful, clean, fully stocked beach house that was perfect for my family of six plus grandma and grandpa! Bountiful space for games (many games, kids puzzles, and books available in house), meals, and hanging out. Kitchen was fully stocked and had every pan/utensil we could need. Both plastic and regular dishes/cups/utensils for outdoor (pool side table) and indoor (table for 8) dining. Playroom downstairs was a huge hit with the kids with MANY games and big screen projector. Pool was heated and a perfect spot to lounge while the kids played and splashed. Beach was easily and quickly accessible and host provided towels, chairs, and beach cart. Beautiful sidewalks for morning walks and jogs. Host was exceptional in his responsiveness and communication. Would highly recommend this property!!

Very Clean and Full Amenities

We stayed at this house over our Christmas break. It was extremely easy to check in. House smelled very clean and stocked. The kitchen was an extra plus. It had more than anything you would need to cook and prepapre. Owner was prompt in any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Beach House Review

The house was just perfect for our vacation. It had an open airy layout. There was everything we needed for a great stay. The pool was a hit with the kids. You could look across the street and see the ocean. The house was also in a great location. I texted with Jonathan as we were getting there a little earlier than expected. He let us check in a little earlier than our time. We all really loved our vacation.

We’re from Washington, DC who stayed in Fort Myers Beach while visiting my mother and thought it’d be a great idea to have a rental property near the beach. We travel often and wanted to host a property that had all the amenities we’d expect in our home (probably even more). We loved to take advantage of being near the beach, the amazing nature surrounding it, and enjoying the fantastic Fort Myers Beach experience.

It’s on the island and near the beach but at the quieter southern end of island, near Lover’s Key State Park. But really, it’s the amazing sunsets!
