Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish space. Completely renovated in early 2022 be one of the 1st to stay in this great condo at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club.

The space
Our place is your place, sit back and enjoy your time. The unit was designed to have fun and spend time with the people you want to spend time with.
Guest access
There is parking right outside the unit. 1 car is included in the fee. Each additional car is $25 per week. If staying longer let me know. I will provide you with a code for the door that will work for your entire trip. A key is also available at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis office.
Other things to note
Please feel free to utilize the beach chairs on the deck!

enjoyed my stay inHilton head, this unit is close to the beach. Easy access in and out of the property. the owner was super responsive and we would totally book again. the unit is very pretty exactly as pictures, perfect for the 2 of us.

The community and location were excellent. The unit is quite small and is in need of some repairs such the sliding glass door, screen door, and the buckled hallway floor. The unit does have a good kitchen and is well equipped. Easy and available parking. The in-community pickleball, tennis courts, and beach access were fantastic! The pool was huge with a great snack bar.

This was such a great place for our family that we extended our stay. We love the area and this unit was beautifully decorated and bright. Great kitchen for cooking when we needed to but great food is everywhere you go. Highly recommend!

We loved this place! It's inside a resort so you get a big pool, private beach and even tennis courts to play! Check in is smooth and people are very nice at the front desk. The place is great if you're staying as a couple.

Good for a couple

The pictures and previous reviews set my expectations high. For me, it’s all about the details. The laminate floor was warping and bubbling up, paint cans stashed under bunk bed, mediocre towels, soaps etc. we did not realizenot originally see beach towels that were stashed near the front door in a basket under a bench. So unfortunately, we ran out to the store to buy towels for the beach.

Read this review before renting


Great value, very reasonably priced for the location. Owner was responsive and easy to deal with. A few things you need to know before renting
 1) the bunk beds are extremely small, very narrow and definitely not twin. The lower bunk would be fine for a toddler or young child. The upper bunk has no railing and is not suited for a small child that might roll in their sleep. 2) unit is non-smoking but the lady in the unit above smokes like a chimney, there was always a faint smell of cigarette smoke. I texted with the owner to let him know and he acknowledged the neighbor smokes and it can drift into the unit, not sure there is an easy solution (maybe a high end air purifier). Overall it is a good value, reasonably priced and close to beach/pool.

Great beach getaway.

Our unit was clean with nice updates. The beds were comfortable. Close to the main pool and a short walk to the beach. The host communicated quickly. Our family enjoyed our last beach getaway before school starts back.

Quick beach stay

This little condo was great! It had everything! Easy to park and find the first-floor entrance. The queen bedroom is small but super cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The unit had plenty of linens and all the upgrades! Loaded kitchen and new appliances. Very clean condo and we were very happy!

Great location

Nice place. Great location. Beach was close. Bikes were close. Big swimming pool with a nice little bar cafe, ice cream stand. Needs a microwave.

Great for a short getaway!

I stayed here with a few of my friends and the place is very nice! Clean and comfortable. Takes just a minute to walk to the beach & pool.

Great condo!

My daughters and I stayed during spring break. Clean, updated condo and owner did a great job with answering questions I had. We loved the pool and quick walks to the ocean.
