117 Admirals Row - Notre villa joliment dĂ©corĂ©e avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain complĂštes est entiĂšrement meublĂ©e pour votre confort et votre plaisir. Il comprend un lit queen-size dans la suite principale, des lits jumeaux dans la deuxiĂšme chambre et un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon. La villa est de 940 pieds carrĂ©s et convient le mieux Ă  une fĂȘte jusqu'Ă  4 personnes. Cependant, nous considĂ©rerons un maximum de 6 personnes dans notre villa. Le plan d'Ă©tage pratique crĂ©e une intimitĂ© entre les chambres et le salon principal.

IL S'AGIT D'UNE UNITÉ NON FUMEUR. NOUS NE PERMETTONS PAS DE FUMER D'AUCUNE SORTE. Je vous remercie!

Nous entretenons avec diligence notre villa pour assurer un hĂ©bergement agrĂ©able et confortable Ă  nos clients. Nos derniĂšres mises Ă  jour comprennent de nouveaux meubles de salon, le remodelage complet des deux salles de bains et un nouveau revĂȘtement de sol stratifiĂ© installĂ© dans toute la villa. Nous offrons Ă©galement une connexion Internet sans fil haut dĂ©bit gratuite pour votre confort !!! Le salon est Ă©quipĂ© d'une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision HD avec lecteur DVD et la chambre principale dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision HD avec lecteur DVD. Notre villa est vraiment comme Ă  la maison!

117 Admirals Row est situé dans le bùtiment le plus souhaitable en bord de mer «A» dans HHB & T Resort avec une belle exposition sud. L'emplacement de notre villa est parfait pour de belles vacances à la plage.

Il y a un parking pratique juste en face de la villa. Veuillez noter que le complexe facture des frais de 25 $ pour chaque Gate Gate délivré. Ces frais seront payés au moment de la réservation. Vous devez informer les propriétaires si vous prévoyez d'avoir plus d'une voiture dans la station.

IL EST TRÈS RARE DE TROUVER UNE LOCATION DE 2 CHAMBRES / 2 BAINS CETTE PROCHE DE L'OCEAN! Notre exposition sud offre de la chaleur pendant les mois d'hiver et des brises fraßches et ombragées de l'océan pendant les mois d'été. L'accÚs à la rampe depuis le parking directement vers la porte d'entrée rend notre villa facilement accessible et pratique.

L'emplacement du coin comprend des fenĂȘtres supplĂ©mentaires pour beaucoup de lumiĂšre naturelle, une vue Ă©tendue et une brise ocĂ©anique confortable. Mais le meilleur de tous, notre double balcon vous offre une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an Atlantique - Ă  seulement 50 pieds de votre porte! (voir l'image).

The condo is gorgeous! Perfect location, beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms, bedrooms and living room. Fully stocked with everything you could need even beach chairs and wagon. Check in was simple and the owners were very responsive. Loved every minute!

Perfect Month at the Beach!

My month-long stay at this condo could not have been more relaxing! Loved sitting on patio to read.i found the furniture, kitchen supplies, beds, bathrooms all to be comfortable. The seating in the den was perfect for when my daughters came. My favorite thing about the visit was the easy access to parking (1st floor unit) and the beach! I will stay here again!

We enjoyed our week on HHI in this perfect condo! It was nice being on the first floor (right by the ramp) and only steps to the beach. The unit was equipped with everything we could’ve needed from a first aid kit with bandaids, Keurig, charging station for electronics, and beach cart with chairs. The owners were incredible hosts and answered questions in a timely manner. We hope to be able to return next year!

Great condo

We have stayed at the condo for several years. It is a great location in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club with a ocean view. The condo is always clean and has the necessary dishes, Keurig, etc. We will definitely book again!!

We loved everything about the villa. It’s just steps away from the beach. The unit is immaculate and has everything you will need for your stay. All my questions to Lynda were answered quickly and I was very appreciative of that. Would definitely stay their again!!

Awesome 1st HHI trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our very first trip to Hilton Head and this condo was just perfect. We were steps to the beach, loved watching the ocean from the porch, and the condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a great stay. The unit had everything we needed. The updates from the owner are very nice. Great location , easy beach access. Lynda very responsive when contacted although really no issues. Perfect for us !

The property is exactly as listed. The unit is on the end where there is a ramp sonit is super convenient to enter the builing with a beach wagon or stroller. We definitely will be back!

Perfect summer stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was close enough to the beach to see the water even on the first floor, and was convenient to the pool as well. There was plenty of space for all 4 of us. It was clean and updated, and it was stocked with all of the kitchen items/ appliances needed, as well as beach items to use. It was a lovely condo and a great location!

Excellent and steps from the beach

We just returned from this property and we loved staying there! The location for proximity to the beach is perfect, it’s a 3 minute walk. The resort itself was great for Pickleball, Tennis, two pools, one pool bar, and more than one access point to get to the beach. Our stay was relaxing and so fun to be this close to the beach. We enjoyed meals on the balcony with the ocean in view. We will definitely book again!

All the Comforts of Home

This condo has the best location with easy access to beach. It is comfortable, clean and updated. There are books, games and puzzles in the condo which was great as hurricane Debby rolled by this visit and we had plenty to keep us occupied. We will definitely be back again.

Host was helpful and responsive. Rooms were well-supplied, comfortable and nicely decorated. Rooms very small, but as expected. Our only concern were the roaches. One was dead when we arrived—I did not report it, as I assumed dead meant pest control working. However, on day 4 of our stay, in daylight, we saw a live roach on kitchen floor. My mother killed it. An hour later, still light outside, a third roach appeared on the side of a jar I had just opened
when I went back to put lid on jar a few minutes later, the roach was clinging to the jar. It ruined my last night, as I couldnt sleep, and didnt want to finish any of our food or use plates, forks, cups, etc. Loved how close the beach was, but the rain kept us away. Oh, and I do not recommend the weather insurance through VRBO. I thought it a good idea to get the weather insurance a month prior to our trip
 It literally rained almost all day for 3 1/2 days of our 4-night trip
 But the weather insurance company is only approving two days of rain therefore we did not meet the requirement of three days for a refund
 Which anyone who stayed on Hilton Head Island can attest it rained 10/09, 10/10, & 10/11 for more than 3 hours each day.
Yay! You can see the ocean from the balcony.
Ramp up to 1st floor was nice.
Unexpected and unwelcome intruder #3.
