1er étage ... propre, confortable, très bien situé .... Espace barbecue à proximité

Notre condo au premier étage est juste une courte promenade de la piscine ou de la plage. Nous avons récemment installé tous les nouveaux revêtements de sol dans l'ensemble du condo et mis à jour de nouveaux ventilateurs de plafond .....
La chambre a un matelas rehaussé de taille queen et est très confortable. Il y a aussi une petite vanité de maquillage dans la chambre avec une chaise.
Nous avons un téléviseur à écran plat de 50 pouces dans le coin salon / cuisine, ainsi qu’une table à manger avec 4 chaises. Ce condo a un lave-vaisselle. Nous avons tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans la cuisine: grille-pain, mixeur, cafetière (pour les tasses à café), etc.
À votre arrivée, un ensemble de serviettes de démarrage (6 jeux) est également fourni. Des draps sont également fournis pour tous les lits. Pour votre commodité, une buanderie avec carte à puce se trouve à quelques portes dans le couloir (nous vous fournissons la carte. Pour ajouter de l'argent à la carte, vous devez vous rendre au bâtiment principal sur la gauche lorsque vous entrez dans la station.
Nous avons fourni des chaises de plage pour votre commodité, il vous suffit d'apporter les serviettes de plage!
Il y a un balcon privé où nous avons quelques chaises Adirondack ...... c'est un endroit idéal pour s'asseoir et prendre un verre .... Depuis le balcon, de l'autre côté du parking, il y a une aire de pique-nique avec des tables et des grillades ...

Location de vélos sont situés sur la propriété. Ils sont situés sur la propriété juste à l'extérieur de la porte de sécurité.

Certains de nos endroits préférés pour dîner ..... Mixx sur Main, Pomodoro, Catch 22, Reilley's (où tout le monde connaît notre nom), Bella Italia, Crazy Crab (extrémité nord), Old Oyster Factory, Wise Guys ... Il existe d'innombrables possibilités de restauration sur l'île, avec plus de 220 choix au choix ....

Pendant les mois d'été, le mardi, un feu d'artifice est organisé à Shelter Cove, à proximité ....

Island Explorers propose différentes excursions en bateau, le feu d'artifice de mardi en fait partie! Les visites partent du quai de l'ancienne usine à huîtres sur Marshland Road.
Ils organisent une croisière de feux d'artifice le mardi afin que vous puissiez combattre le trafic et regarder de l'eau!

Great value! We enjoyed the easy access to the pool and beach areas from the unit! We had a 12 and 8 year old and they enjoyed the trip very much. The host was extremely on top of things and had great communication. Some updates definitely wouldn’t hurt but I’m sure that would impact the value pricing. I think if you go in knowing this is an older unit but overall very clean, you’ll be pleased. The unit was stocked and we had what we needed. Lots of beach items to use and plenty of towels stocked. I recommend parking to the left of Building A at the second stairs from the beach and you’ll walk directly to the door of the unit! We ordered from the restaurants for lunch and dinner a few times and they were great. Lots of family friendly activities at the pool for kids of all ages. We were surprised there was something every day for them. The pool is large and never felt overcrowded. Great security at the facility and all staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay overall.

The property was clean. Bed was OK...nothing like home. Small with a 32" TV. The hanging blinds over the balcony... closure rod is disconnected. Blinds DO NOT close tight so we had to watch the tv in the dark or be in a fishbowl on the 1st floor.I searched for water front, water view...somehow we ended up looking at a parking lot.How this place got such a high rating with "exceptional", I'll never understand. "Expensive and Adequate" would better describe it. Never heard of a place where you had to empty all your trash baskets and take with you. (10.00 for any unemptied bin), plus 25.00 to wash off sandy toys at the beach shower...whaaaat?Host was responsive during rental booking. Won't be back. Rented way nice for less.

This place was perfect for me. A family with two children could easily and comfortably vacation here.Access to the unit from the parking lot is easy, especially if you park to the left of the building (facing the ocean). Getting to the beach was easier than I anticipated; it’s just a short walk across the marshland via a well-maintained dock, and the beach itself is spectacular. The sunrises are a must-watch, and you'll usually see small groups gathering to enjoy them.This one-bedroom unit is clean, well-kept, and fully stocked with basic necessities. The kitchen size is adequate for the space and includes all the appliances as advertised and more. Washers and dryers are available for guests on the same floor. Booking and communicating with the host was easy. The moment I booked, I received an info packet with car pass info, unit access code, and Wi-Fi password. The host is quick to respond; I used text, which worked perfectly.As for amenities, the pool feels like 2 Olympic pools combined with a separate toddler pool and lots of lounge chairs. There’s also an elevated food/full bar area right next to it. The front building also has a restaurant/bar with multiple TV screens and outside seating for live music. I also noticed bicycles that appeared to be for public use, so if you're thinking of bringing your own, definitely ask the host before bringing your own!The Resort is guarded with 24-hr security.Highly recommended!

Great Place to stay

My family and I had a great trip here. The location is Prime. You're right next to the beach just quick walk over the bridge to the beach and you're there. A couple of restaurants onsite. You can see the ocean from the condo and you get great light on the balcony.

Great little condo, perfect location.

We came down as former locals with a bunch of local family and found the location to be perfect; the beach is a 2 minute walk from the front door. Even on a packed memorial day weekend the condo was quiet, well stocked with basics and perfect for a couple with a baby. Dee was extremely responsive and helpful.

The property is a little old, but very well maintained. It’s close to many beaches and has a nice pool. Check in was a breeze. Our villa was clean and well stocked. Our only issue was that the couch desperately needs to be replaced.

Rented for month of January 2023. Great location. Accommodations were fine. Management was easy to work with, very attentive. Bring your bike there’s many trails. Southern exposure so beautiful warm sunshine. Would do it again.

Great Host!

We really enjoyed our stay! 3rd Time at the beach & tennis resort. Dee is on top of it, she responded very quickly & was super accommodating. The unit does not have a direct ocean view But is really close to the ocean. The price was Really good & we had a great time. The only drawback is the food at the restaurants On resort is average at best! Great family vacation spot. We would stay with Dee again Thank you for all your help Pete & Krista

Selected times there is entertainment for you to enjoy as well.
Right outside security gate are bike rentals, very convenient when staying at resort!
