Thanks for your feedback, Felisha. We apologize if your stay was not perfect. We hire a professional cleaning company that usually does a great job at cleaning. We paid for deep cleaning in preparation for your stay a day before your check-in. We are not sure what happened, but we addressed the issue to the cleaning company. As for the pool. it is scheduled for cleaning twice a week, and it just so happened that your check-in day was the day it was scheduled to be cleaned. Lastly, the cleaner had a tight schedule on that day and made the mistake of entering the home not knowing that you were still inside the home as the regular check-time is 10 am. We totally understand the inconvenience and decided to refund you $391. We hope we can host you again to improve your impression.
