New home near Dos Equis Pavillion, American Airlines Center, and Downtown Dallas. Perfect home for your stay during concerts, to have a weekend out in dallas, or to do a business trip in our dedicated office space.


Please know that this is an up and coming neighborhood.

The Space:

This wonderful home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
*The master bedroom has a king bed and a beautiful vanity for the ladies to get ready. As well as an en suite bathroom and walk in closet.
*Guest room 1 has a queen bed and a good sized closet.
*Guest room 2 has a murphy bed and desk available for office work. You get a view of the balcony and a slight view of Dallas.
(All bedrooms are located upstairs)

Enjoy our fenced in backyard to play some life sized games. Inside the living room enjoy indoor games for the family.

Our full sized kitchen has wonderful cooking ware to use and a keurig that can make lattes and cappuccinos.

The property is newer and very modern with a really nice design for saving land space and affordability. As a person in the real estate business I found it very creative and an excellent way to revitalize a community. The neighbors were nice and the street was very quiet. No complaints

The perfect place for our family of six! The house was immaculate, the kitchen was so well equipped, and our hosts were extra hospitable- even provided welcome bags of goodies and sodas in the fridge! Comfortable beds and furniture, and well-located in the Dallas area. Would definitely book again!

Communication was great, house was so pretty & very clean, furniture was up to date & very comfortable, great parking in the driveway for 1 vehicle - does have a garage but we didn't use it, and the kitchen was very nice & stocked with essentials. The only small draw back is the neighborhood is a little sketchy but there is a lot of newly updated houses going up in the area. The block we were on was very quiet & clean but I definitely wouldn't go walking anywhere in this area. We utilized uber to get us everywhere and fortunately the theater was super close and lots of great places to eat in the area. I definitely recommend going to the Culpepper Steakhouse - so good, great vibes, and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again - I never felt unsafe but I was super cautious, however, it was just females on this trip and you have to be cautious traveling no matter where you go. Price was good, house was super cute & comfy, and the host was amazing! Highly recommend!

Absolutely Amazing

We attended a cheer competition at the Bailey Convention Center and our stay was amazing ! This experience was perfect ! The location ..the home and the amenities were an extra plus! Quite cozy and immaculate ….with all the bells and whistles…and beyond ! Host and communication was superb !Highly recommend! Screaming kudos and congrats on proving a perfect stay ! Y’all rock !

Clean and cozy

Amazing hosts!! We came down from oklahoma and left a wallet. The hosts had already reached to me letting me know they found it. We were already half way home so they overnighted the wallet to us. I can't express what that meant because it wasn't abiut the contents of the wallet. The wallett was my sons grandfathers and he passed away.
