We are currently accepting long term rentals of a month or more. Centrally located in the Hudson Valley near Beacon, this spacious home offers easy access to farm to table restaurants, wineries, breweries, apple picking, farmers markets, skiing, hiking and bike trails, the possibilities are endless.

Every day should feel like a holiday, so why not treat yourself at our beautiful, spacious Hudson Valley home. Designed with our guests' comfort in mind, the Holiday House is a warm, modern, and cozy environment with natural light and refined decor.

The home is full of classic enclaves- our first level includes a Great room, formal living room, dining room, eat in kitchen, and half bathroom. Our second level holds 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with 8 beds ranging from full size to king, including a room dedicated to 4 full size bunk beds! Our first level houses the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Relax by our grand floor to ceiling masonry stone fireplace, or enjoy a meal with family and friends with seating for 16! Play games and enjoy breakfast in the kitchen overlooking the private backyard, which includes a hot tub, pool, and pool bar/cabana. Light pours through double stacked windows into our living room which is equipped with an oversized sofa, comfortable swivel chairs, family games, and 75 inch 4K smart TV for connecting to your streaming services. Custom built-in speakers throughout the house and outside by the pool for ultimate entertainment.

The kitchen is fully loaded for you and your group, with dishes, glassware, cutlery, baking items, cookware, toaster oven, dishwasher, stove/oven, and a full coffee machine offering both K-cups and ground coffee. Cook a feast or bake goodies using our chef grade appliances. We stock the house with spices, oils, and other pantry goods to cook a dinner for up to 16 people.

Each bedroom has brand new mattresses and pillows to rest as you enjoy the views of our beautiful wooded backyard retreat. The master bedroom includes a second gas fireplace and reading nook, large walk-in closet, and jacuzzi tub.

Enjoy our large custom built office with high speed WIFI throughout the house. The office has a designated work space for two people. French doors for privacy.

When heading outdoors, you can enjoy the 800 sq. foot trex deck along with a fully leveled yard, dive into our heated salt water pool, relax at the pool bar/kitchen with half bathroom, take a dip in the hot tub, or play basketball.

The spacious kitchen is open to a non-formal dining table with seating for 8. Includes island counter seating for 2.

DINING ROOM:
A beautifully decorated formal dining room with an 8 person table is right next to the kitchen and holds an electric fireplace.

OFFICE ROOM:
Located on the 1st floor

OUTDOOR SPACE:
An in-ground heated swimming pool, (available May through October) pool bar and kitchen, cabana with bathroom, large hot tub, outdoor table for 8 people, lounge chairs, and chiminea.
***We are adding a grill. It will be available by the Spring!

-Activities vary by season, your host is glad to provide recommendations.
-Holiday House is set back on a private road, so specific directions will be provided.
-The home is on a well so the water is fresh, clean, and cold for drinking!
-The home has a large water tank, never a need to stagger showers with a full house!

-Due to allergies, this is a no shoe house. Please leave all shoes on the mats provided by the doors.
