Built in 1785, this newly renovated 5K sq ft 5 bdrm + 3 bath getaway combines historic colonial charm with modern finishes, chic decor, and resort-like amenities your entire group will enjoy.

Relax in the spacious 5-person hot tub, enjoy the summer sun around the inground heated pool, get cozy by the two wood-burning fireplaces, roast marshmallows around the smokeless Solo Stove fire pit, prepare a bbq on the 4-burner stainless steel grill, enjoy a workout in the fully equipped gym, or show off your skills in a game of ping pong, billiards, darts, poker, cornhole, or board games.

Inside awaits you with a spacious eat-in kitchen, custom coffee station (with starter coffee package included), bar cart and cocktail supplies, 10-person formal dining room, and living room with comfortable seating for all of your friends and family.

Other amenities include Sonos speakers throughout the house for the ultimate music listening experience , high-speed WIFI (1 Gig) and a private office for those who wish to WFH, a washer/dryer, hot tub/pool towels, and a big beautiful red barn which provides you with a 2 car garage.

KITCHEN
The kitchen comes complete with spices and oils for your everyday cooking needs. Wake up to that fresh cup of coffee or espresso at the custom coffee station, and mix delicious evening cocktails with all the supplies you'll need at the bar cart. This kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, cutlery, baking items, cookware, a toaster oven, blender, dishwasher, stove/oven, and a full coffee/tea station with a drip machine and french press available. Fresh-ground local coffee from Monkey Joe's is provided for all guests.

We welcome our guests with a bottle of wine from a favorite local vineyard, Millbrook Vineyard, as well as a 2-for-1 tasting pass for all guests staying at our house. :)

All three bathrooms are newly renovated and come with body soap, shampoo, and conditioner from Public Goods as well as hair dryers and irons.

GAME ROOM:
Main floor game room with bar-sized pool table, darts, flat screen Smart TV, poker chips, and Cards Against Humanity with a working fireplace. An enclosed room off of the living room has a ping pong table and looks out to the hot tub/fire pit area.

OFFICE ROOM:
Located on the 2nd floor where the bedrooms are, we have a room with a desk for quiet WFH.

WORK OUT SPACE:
In the basement, we have a great home gym set up with an exercise bike, boxing punching bag, rower, dumbbell set bench, pull-up bar, and yoga mats!

OUTDOOR SPACE:
An in-ground swimming pool (available May through September), a 5-person hot tub, a fire pit, and a grill are available for you to use. The pool can be heated up to 82 degrees for an additional daily charge. The heated pool opening date is typically May 15th and closing date is Sept 15th, but requests to adjust can be considered if weather permits. The pool includes lounge chairs, a big sun umbrella, a pool basketball and hoop, pool floaties, and a pool football. There is also a cornhole set.

ACCESSIBILITY
The main front door has 5 steps leading up to it from the walkway. For those with accessibility challenges, there is an entrance from the patio through the kitchen with 1 step, and an entrance through the sun room off the patio with 1 step. All flooring is hard wood with area rugs in each room, and there is a first floor bedroom with 1st floor full bathroom with shower/tub across the hall from the bedroom.

Routinely scheduled maintenance by the JURNY team members or lawn care/snow plowing may happen during your stay. This also includes garbage pick up, linen pickup, hot tub service, and pool cleanings.

PET POLICY
One dog less than 60 lbs is allowed per stay with a $100 pet fee to cover additional cleaning.
