Beautiful Bishop Arts Townhouses: Sleeps up to 16 people!

This is one building with two separate townhouses attached. In total there are 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and you can sleep up to 16 people.

Breathtaking Bishop Arts townhouses with serene grounds! Relax on the patios overlooking the backyard while sipping your morning coffee! Walk to local eateries and shopping in the vibrant Bishop Arts neighborhood.

Centrally located, just a quick Uber ride to Downtown Dallas, Uptown, Deep Ellum, Lower Greenville, and Mockingbird Station!

THE SPACE:

Left-side Townhouse:
-1st floor: 1 bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom and patio.

-2nd floor: 2nd bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom. Updated kitchen, dining space, large balcony, living room with a queen size sofa sleeper.

-3rd floor: Full size mattress sleeper sofa and twin pullout bed with mattress toppers.

Right-side Townhouse:
-1st floor: 1 bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom and patio.

-2nd floor: 2nd bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom. Updated kitchen, dining space, large balcony, living room with a queen size sofa sleeper.

-3rd floor: Full size mattress sleeper sofa and twin pullout bed with mattress toppers.

*Please note we don't have traditional kitchens, we have optimized the space for rentals and provide everything you could need! Each kitchen has the following:
-Compact fridge
-Large toaster oven, microwave, and counter-top ice maker
-2 hot plates & electric skillet
-Air fryer, toaster, blender & 2 crock-pots

Bishop Arts is walk-able from our home. Drive your car or grab an Uber or Lyft to neighboring neighborhoods. You can even take the DART Rail or Trolley if you like!

Great stay in Dallas

Great location. Less than 10 min to the convention center. Uber to and from the convention center much easier than parking. Very close to the Bishop Arts District for lunch, dinner, shopping. Very safe location close to downtown Dallas. Ample space for four families to spend the weekend while attending event at the convention center.

Perfect Location, Close to Downtown

Great location, just minutes away from the convention center. Very clean. We had a couple of questions throughout the week and the communication was quick and thorough. We would definitely rent from this owner again!

Great location - walking distance to Bishop Arts

These two townhomes were perfect for our group! We were all coming from out of town for a wedding and appreciated having plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple. The kitchens were well stocked and ground coffee was provided (a definite plus). We were able to walk to Bishop Arts for lunch and shopping. Beds were comfortable too. The host was extremely prompt with answers to any questions we had. Overall a great experience.

In town for business

We were in town to exhibit at the annual National Automobile Dealers Association event, which was in Dallas this year. It is customary for us to rent homes for our team, instead of hotels. Everyone has their private space, but we also have the common areas for meals, meetings and daily de-briefings. I would consider this property to be one of the best we ever rented. Exceptionally clean. Comfortable. Very accommodating. Being so close to the heart of Bishop Arts District gave us great leisure time activities, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Highly recommend.

WONDERFUL STAY at BISHOP ARTS TOWNHOUSES!

We were a large group of four families (8 adults / 7 children) traveling together. This property worked perfectly for us as we could enjoy spending time together in the common areas while also having individual bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms. The property is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with everything you need. Both townhomes have full-sized refrigerators (plus one mini fridge and wine chiller) and plenty of kitchen and cooking essentials. We had enough extra blankets and bed linens for the kids, and we all slept well during our stay. The parking out front was adequate, and we didn't experience any security problems with our vehicles. Most importantly, we all felt safe, which can be challenging in a big city like Dallas. Thank you to Ruchi for checking up on us during our stay and being a wonderful host. Cheers!
