Enjoyed our Feb stay in Todd R’s nicely remodeled condo. Nice mountain view from patio on a Palm Valley CC fairway, adequately stocked, king bed mattress comfy, furniture comfy. Host was responsive in a timely manner to some minor technical issues. -Richard & Sandra

We enjoyed our stay and want to come back! We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the golfers. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and basic spices. All appliances worked well. It was a lovely friendly neighborhood to walk. Our host was very prompt in responding and helpful.

Palm Valley Condo

Great location, clean, roomy for the 6 of us. Pool close by was heated! Weather was great! Had a great time.

Amazing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Todd’s home. He was a great communicator throughout our stay. We stayed for weekend 2 Coachella and I definitely recommend it. Pool and jacuzzi are walking distance. Would stay again.

An extra 10 days

We were having such a good time in Palm Valley Country Club. We decided to stay an extra 10 days. Todd‘s property was very well situated. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Palm Valley Country Club unit. The unit was clean and in a great location. Todd and Brooke were very responsive to the few questions we had. The renovated bathrooms are beautiful and modern, with great showers. The master bedroom is lovely with a wonderful and very comfortable king bed. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, silverware and glasses and mugs, with very clean and functional appliances. The unit has a nice front patio with table, chairs and a gas grill (we used the patio but did not use the grill), and a rear patio with comfortable loungers facing the Number One fairway of the Champion course. We used the rear patio every day. The dining area has an ample dining table, and the living room area is very comfortable. The TV is excellent. Use of the garage for one car was a plus. The unit is easy walking distance to several pool/hot tub locations, which we used every day. A real highlight.We did not use the loft area or the second bedroom, so can’t comment in detail, but would note that the loft area is probably not suitable for children under the age of 8 or so, given the steepness of the circular staircase. One thing prospective renters should be aware of is that the Number One fairway and green are mowed and otherwise maintained early in the morning - around 5:30-6:00 am - several days a week. If you’re a late sleeper, this might matter.We would definitely rent again!

Excellent Visit

We have stayed at the Valley Country Club probably six years running - a different condo each time. This unit was above average with nice appliances, comfortable bed and nice patio views. We would definitely consider returning. Todd (the host) communicated well when we had questions.

Beautiful getaway for Christmas

Palm valley Country Club is a very quiet community with gorgeous surroundings. The community pools are all heated. Access to the golf cart was very useful and a lot of fun. Todd was very attentive to any issues. There is new hardwood, flooring and fresh paint. The set up of the house was perfect for our family. Two bedrooms downstairs, each with a king size bed, and a loft with two twin beds up the spiral staircase. The kitchen was very well equipped for all of our cooking needs.
