Enjoy unparalleled privacy and views from this spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath with 726 interior square feet and an additional 570 sq ft of private rooftop Lanai space on the 41st floor rooftop. Sleeping arrangements can accomodate up to 4 people. Wake up every day to vast blue skies and ocean views stretching to the horizon; watch the sunrise from your own bed, then and watch it set over the Pacific the same evening. This Penthouse has amazing views from all rooms especially the 41st floor rooftop, overlooking West Oahu, Downtown Honolulu, Keehi Lagoon, Aloha Tower, Honolulu Harbor, Chinatown, Kakaako, and Ala Moana in the distance. From the rooftop and since this is a corner unit, you can soak in views of the entire Koolau Mountain range, from Mt Olympus to Pali Lookout. and enjoy panoramic South Shore sunsets every day and night. For food lovers, this penthouse is steps away from world class international dining at a fraction of the price you would pay in Waikiki. Covered gated parking included, as well as outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, in-unit washer dryer, library, and BBQ area. You can not beat the view

Nice apartment on the edge of china town. Was well stocked with things you could need. We thoroughly enjoyed the view and the access to the roof. The area is not the nicest but it is the place to be if you want to actually want to live in Honolulu, and enjoy eating and going out. Doug was very communicative and was helpful with any of our request. The apartment is a little dated but we never had any issues with the appliances, the one problem we did have Doug fixed immediately. Over all we loved our stay and can't wait to visit again.

I chose this neighborhood, Chinatown/ Downtown Honolulu/ the Arts District where art, history and culture blend perfectly to create a very desirable and walkable lifestyle. Restaurants, cafes, bars, and the central business district are all within a five minute walk. Cool breezes funnel down the Nuuanu valley, creating a fresh air feeling. Fine dining is available at a fraction of what it cost in Waikiki, Kailua, or Kakaako. Waterfall hikes are just a short ride up the Nuuanu Valley, for endless hiking. As an avid cyclist, I appreciate the, safe and clearly marked bike paths crossing the city of Honolulu; allowing for easy navigation from here to Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach, Ala Moana, and other nearby shopping and attractions. Costco, Home Depot, Safeway, and hundreds of restaurants are within a mile of this building. You can be anywhere on Oahu within a one hour drive. Daniel Inouye airport is 5.7 miles away, just a $15 uber ride.
