Welcome to downtown Winchester and the beautiful Nostalgia Lane. Your apartment is located on the second floor in a vintage Tudor style building one block off of walking mall overlooking the city street.
Its space is light & airy & full of charm - Come park & walk to Handley Library, the Discovery Museum, all of the eclectic shops nearby. You will love it ! Looking for more space? I have two larger houses in downtown Winchester. Find me: Michele Bouve Hoffman on social media. Happy Travels!
The space
This historic apartment on the second floor overlooking Boscawen Street—has the original layout /dining area/ desk area/living room with large flat screen TV/ galley style kitchen and laundry area/full bath and three separate bedrooms each with plenty of light, comfortable beds, and the kind of ambience that makes guests feel at home. PLEASE NOTE:
All major holidays ( Local: Apple Blossom
National: Christmas/ Thanksgiving/ New years/4th of July /Memorial and Labor Day ) will include an additional $100 fee. This fee will be requested prior to guests arrival.

Please note:
Stays over 3 weeks will incur an additional double cleaning fee.

Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am.

The property is just how the description on the listing said it was. Great location, walk to restaurants and parks. The only issue I had was the water pressure in the shower. I understand this can be subjective, however it has very low pressure and if the upstairs unit flushes the toilet or is using the showers it is a drizzle. It also takes awhile to get hot. I understand it’s an old building. Other than that, great apartment in a great location.

This was an excellent location, with the pedestrian mall a block away. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the space was nostalgic. It did take the water several minutes to heat up for the shower, and the air conditions were noisy.

Good Location

Property was clean and accommodations were basic but comfortable. The location is perfect for sightseeing but people were riding skateboards and partying outside my window so loud and late, it was impossible to get sleep

Charming Surprise!!

We need overnight accommodations for our daughter’s surprise proposal. We checked into the VRBO and we were stunned! We walked around in silence taking in all of the charm, beauty and uniqueness of this home. This is a clean place with a very comfortable mattress! It is a fascinating place and we just loved it!! The host was very gracious and communicative - we wanted for nothing!! Five Starts

Wonderful Getaway

We enjoyed the small town feel of Winchester. Our stay here was the cherry on top. Such a beautiful place with so much personality, we will definitely be back!!!!

Mature Girls Trip

Property was as advertised. Cute, spacious, clean and convenient. Only drawback to the location on a warm Saturday night, was the people enjoying the evening outside until the early morning hours. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental.

Old Town Escape

This is a beautiful and clean apartment that is more spacious than pictured. It is conveniently located to old town Winchester. The location is fabulous!
