Wonderful Kiawah Vacation

This was our second stay at The Porch House and we hope to return again! This home exceeds all expectations – wonderfully stocked, fabulous amenities, and the view is breathtaking! This was a perfect place for our family to meet for beach time, tennis and golf! The view is like looking at a painting, and the back porch was the perfect place to start and and each day of our vacation. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home with us.

Porch House is a dream! The views were even more stunning than the pictures, the house was beautifully furnished and the kitchen well-stocked. Marie is a lovely and gracious host. The only thing we did not like about our stay was having to leave!

Beautiful relaxing marsh view house

We had a lovely stay at the porch house. The house is new and feels very clean and airy. There were lots of books and games for kids, and of course the pool. Everything for the beach was provided including towels, chairs, umbrellas, and the bikes and bike cart to get there. It was about a 10 minute bike with kids. At high tide you can take the kayak into the marsh and see lots of birds. Marie was a great communicator. We would definitely recommend this house.

This property was stunning! Everything was beautiful, comfortable and spotless! It also came with all the items we would need for the beach/pool and made our trip so easy. They thought of everything to make it a wonderful experience. This home would get 50 stars if we could give it. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

The perfect Kiawah getaway

The Porch House was exactly what our family needed/wanted out of our week in Kiawah. Marie's house had everything you could ask for- a beautiful view overlooking the marsh and sunsets each night, a pool that we all loved using daily- especially the kids, beautifully designed rooms and furnishings, and awesome kitchen/scullery with everything you would need. She has gone above and beyond outfitting this house - from bikes for every age rider/buggy cart for little ones to attach to adult bike, to nespresso machines and hair dryers/wands in the bedrooms, to nice toiletries and even a welcome basket. I could go on and on about her lovely interior design choices too. Great location on the island too. I can't recommend this house enough!

This house was absolutely STUNNING. Between the view of the marsh at the back of the house and the stunning pool views
our stay could not have been more perfect to celebrate our bride-to-be. The host was more than accommodating and we had everything we needed (and more) stocked in the house. Beds and furniture all very high quality and SO comfortable. Every little touch truly made our stay beyond perfect. I will definitely be coming back to stay at this house again with family! 10/10!

Perfect for a family getaway or a retreat for several couples, the home is conveniently located close to the beach, world-class golf, and just a short bike ride from the five-star Sanctuary Hotel. And when you arrive, there’s no need to pack all the beach gear—especially if you’re traveling from afar. We provide beach cruisers, chairs, toys, boogie boards, and coolers so you can travel light and relax sooner.
