Bring everyone together without giving up your own space. Set on 2.28 private acres near Pinnacle Peak, this seven-bedroom North Scottsdale estate offers five king bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, two saltwater pools, and a spacious 12-person spa with heating included.



Four king suites are in the main house and one is in the casita, giving up to five couples their own bedroom and bathroom. A separate queen bedroom, a bunk room, and additional sleeping options provide flexibility for families and friends. The entire home is single-level, with no stairs.



Whether you are planning a family reunion, a couples’ getaway, or a golf trip, there is room to enjoy time together—and a quiet place to retreat when you need it.



OUTDOOR LIVING



Spend sunny days between two saltwater pools: a shallow upper pool for lounging and cooling off, and a larger lower pool for swimming. Relax in the 12-person in-ground spa, with spa heating included in your stay.



The covered gazebo offers a shaded gathering space with a pool table, TV, and lounge seating. Enjoy an afternoon game, prepare dinner on one of two BBQ grills, or settle around the gas fire pit beneath the desert sky. Outdoor dining areas and open desert views make it easy to spend much of your stay outside.



Swimming pool heating is optional at $150 per day total for both pools. Please request it before arrival. Spa heating is included regardless of whether you purchase pool heating.



PRIVATE BEDROOMS & A SEPARATE CASITA LIVING AREA



The five en-suite king bedrooms make room assignments simpler, while the home’s layout gives your group several places to spread out.



The south-wing casita has its own entrance, living area, and kitchenette. It includes a king suite with a private bathroom and a separate bedroom with a conventional queen bed—not a sleeper sofa. This arrangement works well for family members who appreciate their own living space while staying connected to the rest of the group.



One of the main-house bedrooms also has a private entrance. Three of the king bedrooms include a Twin XL bed for additional sleeping flexibility, while the seventh bedroom is a bonus bunk room with sleeping space for four.



GATHER INSIDE



The spacious kitchen features dual islands, with room for meal preparation and conversation. Start the morning together over coffee, plan the day’s activities, and gather for meals without splitting the group between separate homes.



Spend an evening in the private theater or enjoy some downtime in your bedroom. Nine TVs throughout the property, including one in each bedroom, offer options for watching together or separately.

• Bedroom 2: King bed and Twin XL bed with an en-suite bathroom.

• Casita King Suite: King bed and queen sleeper sofa with an en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 6 — Casita: Queen bed in a separate bedroom.

• Bedroom 7 — Bunk Room: Two bunk beds, sleeping four.



An additional queen sleeper sofa is located in the family room, a shared living space.



Maximum occupancy is 20 guests. Stays at full capacity use the additional sleeping arrangements as well as the king and queen beds.



YOUR NORTH SCOTTSDALE HOME BASE



Use the estate as your home base for golf outings to Troon North, Grayhawk, and The Boulders, or spend your days exploring Scottsdale before returning to your own private gathering space.



There is no need to fill every day with plans. Between the pools, spa, theater, and gazebo, staying home can be part of the vacation.



IMPORTANT DETAILS



SPA HEATING

Heating for the gas-powered, 12-person spa is included in your stay, with a temperature setting of 102°F.



POOL HEATING

Optional heating is $150 per day total and covers both swimming pools—not $150 per pool. Please arrange pool heating before arrival. Swimming pool heating is not included in the nightly rate.



FIRE PIT & FIREPLACES

Use of the gas fire pit and both indoor fireplaces is included at no additional charge from November through April.



GUEST COUNT

The property accommodates a maximum of 20 guests. Please provide your complete guest count when booking, including all adults and children.



PETS

One dog weighing under 20 pounds is welcome for a $100 pet fee. Please let us know before arrival if your dog will be joining you.
