From the beginning. The host "Dawn" was awesome. She called me a couple days prior to our stay and went down a list of "need to knows" which was amazingly helpful. The house and entire property was great. The house was well stocked and clean and we didn't want for anything. We've stayed at places of similar size and it was basically barren of all essentials, this house was just the opposite including spare shaving kits and tooth brushes.
