Small Space, Big Relaxation!

It’s a cozy 1 bed, 1 bath spot with everything you need to relax, and the pool was definitely a bonus, especially in the Lubbock heat. Perfect for a quick getaway for two. We only stayed a couple of nights but would definitely come back!

Fun little spot

The property had a literal act of God incident right before we arrived, but it was already handled, communicated, and ready for us to arrive. Really a fun little spot. I hope I can stay again sometime after the weather has opened to the pool.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Me and my girlfriend came to Lubbock for the Cotton Fest music festival and found this little spot and were so happy with how everything turned out! It felt like a little vacation. The pool and outdoor area is beautiful. We kept saying we felt as if we were in Florida, definitely not Lubbock Texas haha! The host communicated with us daily and made sure we had everything we needed! We were pleasantly surprised that the pool and pool house were on the side of the main home, so it was very private and only accessible to us!! We will be sure to stay here again next time we are in Lubbock!

Wonderful little property!

I stayed here while I brought my 18yo daughter to her Texas Tech Orientation. It was so lovely. We got into town very late from NM and our hosts had everything ready for us and were incredibly responsive. The pool is a nice aesthetic, I especially loved the twinkle lights at night. Private and quiet. Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean and updated. I would love to stay here again in the future! Thank you!!

My ac went out at my house and so I rented this property for the day/night. My daughter n her boyfriend came over and we went swimming . Nice time, was just me woke up peacefully reacted and got to relax in the pool by my self n jam! Great property

Rented to have a quiet place to get my work done. Pool house has everything you need and beautiful. You have your own private pool and hot tub as well. It was worth every bit of it. I will be back!

Little bit of Paradise

The pool house is absolutely adorable. We were impressed with the set up and amount of space. The property was so clean and homey. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient. We loved being there and will book again. The only downfall was that a tree had fallen and broken a fence and ruined the firepit. The weather was perfect for a fire and we were not able to use it.

Beautiful and relaxing

Just spent a great weekend at this location. All of the fixtures are the inside are beautiful and the dispenser is the shower was a nice plus. The outdoor area is exactly as advertised. We literally spent the entire weekend out around the pool. We'll definitely be making a trip back next year!

The Pool House Paradise is centrally located in The Heart of Lubbock neighborhood. As it's minutes away from TTU, the majority of the houses in the area consist of renters and TTU students. It's one of the oldest and original neighborhoods to be established here in Lubbock. Needless to say, you'll find some properties that have been or are currently being updated/flipped which is exciting and neat to watch unfold. You're sure to appreciate our own recently renovated space which was personally designed with your comfort in mind!

It’s an unbeatable, short 3-minute drive to the Texas Tech and Lubbock High, restaurants, boutiques, local coffee shops, parks & Lubbock nightlife. Plus, only a few minutes drive to UMC, the Depot District, downtown, & 13 minutes from the airport. Free on-site parking on the driveway underneath a carport & additional free street parking in front of the property.
