Our stay in your cute cottage was perfect for our trip to Orientation at Texas Tech with my granddaughter. I felt right at home and give it a 10 out of 10!! Will be staying there again when visiting!

We had a great stay at this cozy house. It is close to the TTU campus and the Jones stadium. Highways are near too. The property is very clean and modern. Beds are comfortable. Washer and dryer are available upon request.

The house was exactly what we needed, but the area is a bit sketchy, and the neighbors had some sort of altercation where the police were called. A little unsettling for a family stay. Other than that one incident, it was very quiet and comfortable.

We had a wonderful weekend in this cozy 2-bedroom house. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Lubbock, and communication with the host was easy and quick. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Great place to rest on our road trip

We were driving through Lubbock and needed a place for the night. The home was kid friendly, in a safe neighborhood, very convenient, and comfortable for our 1 night stay.

We stayed here for Red Raider Orientation. I wouldn’t say it was walking distance to campus, but it’s very close. The home is cozy and clean. The owner was easy to reach and helpful. I would suggest adding a medium fry pan to the kitchen. We cooked breakfast both days and didn’t have a pan that worked very well. Also, the neighbors were pretty noisy at night. The back bedroom was much quieter than the front one. Overall, it was convenient and a good place to stay.

This property was just perfect for our stay - the location was great and close to campus. It was VERY clean and up to date. The beds and pillows were nice too! Huge back yard for Lubbock with a great fence! (very pet friendly). Truly a darling house and the owner was amazing at communicating - very accommodating! The only thing I would mention otherwise is that the temp was controlled, and we were a bit hot sleeping. I brought in a fan because it was a little on the hot side for comfort. other than that - 5 stars!!!

Perfect location for visiting TTU. Property was very clean and had everything needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Neighborhood was quiet too.

Everything about this house is welcoming and inviting, including the host! We ended up having to extend our stay twice, and for both times the host was more than helpful. Everything in the house was clean and convenient and was only a 5 minute drive to Texas Tech which was a HUGE plus for us. We also had the pleasure of staying here during the most recent winter storm that passed through. The house stayed warm throughout and the host even came and salted the driveway for us which helped. Overall, 10/10 stay and would definitely look for this house again when needing a place to stay in Lubbock!

This home is adorable. It is quaint, but clean and had everything needed for a small family or group to enjoy their time in Lubbock. It is located on a residential street North of the TTU campus, just off of Indiana Street, that seemed to have lots of working class families neighboring it. There is a park about a block behind it. If honest, upon arrival, I was a little concerned about the area, as I am not that familiar with Lubbock, but we quickly realized it was a quiet and seemingly safe neighborhood. We had a great stay and would stay here again.
