The master bedroom is beautiful, masculine and moody with a soft king bed and perfectly selected wallpaper, lending itself to romantic nights and peaceful mornings.

Ample distance from the master is the 2nd bedroom with a queen sized bed and another modern spa-like bathroom.

If ANY house rules are violated, renter forfeits all rental funds and security deposit and house rules violation(s) could also incur additional charges

- People other than those listed in the Guest party may not be on site without prior written consent. Any additional guests on site at anytime will be $100 per person per day.
- No partying or noise disturbance is allowed. Quiet time is after 10pm in Los Angeles. Any noise complaints from any neighbor or anyone associated with the property will result in 100% loss of remaining rental amount and the entirety of security deposit.
- All guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
- Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities and are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
- No filming or photoshoots without written permission from At-Homeness Property Managers. Guests will not film on the property or stage photoshoots of any kind or record, edit or otherwise produce content of any kind unless location fee paid and granted permission by owner and property manager prior to booking. Violators of this agreement will forfeit all remaining rental funds and security deposit and leave the premises immediately.
- Guests will not use the premises for any unlawful purposes whatsoever.
- Any excessive damage to furniture or other material objects associated with the property will be subject to security deposit loss at the discretion of the Property Manager
