Great Stay!

We were in town for work and had a great stay. This home is very well maintained and the owner is very responsive/helpful. We had plenty of space to spread out and felt like we were at home. I would definitely stay here again!

The host was very helpful as I had some issues with my VRBO account MJ went the extra distance to see our visit went off without issues. The place was well stocked with all necessary supplies and one of the cleanest rental units we have stayed in. Would definitely rent again.

Work Trip

Every time I come into town for work I try to book Echo Manor. A great location, not noisy, and a beautiful home. The check in and check out process was so easy. Next time I’m in town I will stay here again.

Rented here for work. Property was very nice and not a loud neighborhood. Easy to rent, check-in, and check-out. Will definitely be back!

Quiet neighborhood with lovely back deck

The snack and cold water bottles in the refrigerator were great to have when we arrived. We used the deck often during our stay, it had a good mix of sunny and shady areas. The well stocked kitchen and spacious master bedroom are great. It was our second stay here and will be back.

Great House! Perfect for Our Visit to Bloomington.

This is an extremely comfortable house in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect place to return to after busy days during graduation weekend at IU. The host is incredibly helpful and responds quickly. The house is well stocked with everything you need and more. I highly recommend this listing and the host!

Wonderful experience

Myself and friends were in town for an IU football game. The house was perfect and everything about it was easy. Communication and check in were perfect. MJ was easy to work with and provided us with a great house. I would definitely stay here again

Great Weekend in the land of Hoosiers

First of all Mike was a great host and always responsive to our needs! The property is in a wonderful, quiet, walkable neighborhood yes close to plenty of amenities! The property has EVERYTHING you need....its like living at home. I highly recommend staying here if you are in town for an Indiana football or basketball game. Its a short drive to campus.

IU Football Weekend

Echo Manor was perfect for our football weekend. The family area is very open with lots of seating. Lovely outdoor patio, grills, fire pit. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms looked newly redone. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances were new. Our host was available to answer any questions. Great location near IU. Would definitely return to Echo Manor.

Visit with college kids and a football game

This home now is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with very easy access to Indiana University just approximately 5 miles away. So, about a 15 minute drive. The house is quite large with a wonderful deck out the back and as well as chairs up front to sit and watch the world go by on a beautiful day. The house is very comfortable and good for a group of people to stay. Well equipped with anything you could want / need and very clean. We loved it and hope to return when we come back to visit kids in college and take in university activities.

Lovely home very close to IU

We stayed here for our daughters graduation from IU. It’s like a home away from home. Spacious. Clean and with all the amenities! Very close to IU campus. Host very responsive. Quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

Clean and roomy

The spacious living room was perfect for us, as was the well stocked kitchen. The house was spotlessly clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. Hope to be back in the warmer months to enjoy the deck. It is an easy drive to the IU football stadium and basketball arena.

Charming clean and quiet

This home was in excellent condition and had absolutely everything we needed for the weekend. We appreciate the little touches, snacks and water, soft bath towels, coffee. The deck and yard are lovely too. We were so comfortable there, felt like home!

Move in week for son at IU with the family

I cannot say enough great things about this place! Super clean, comfortable beds, well stocked and great neighborhood to list a few. We wanted a home base for our family of 4 while moving our son into IU. I wanted to be able to wash all his bedding and have a nice place for us all to chill. Great quiet neighborhood about 10 min from campus. communication with the owner was great and he would get right back to me within an hour. Kitchen was well stocked even though we just made coffee and didn't cook. We for sure will stay again as we will be coming back to Bloomington for 4 more years!

Visiting IU or Bloomington? Don't miss this home!

We were in town for a 4 day Senior Swimming Championship meet at IU and instead of the usual cramped hotel for the 3 of us, we tried MJ's home. Roomy 3br home, very clean and well kept, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room are all well supplied. Day 2 of our stay the AC went out - we're homeowners ourselves - we know stuff like that happens at the most inconvenient times. We texted MJ and within 2 hours, the unit was serviced and working properly. He was very responsive and provided detailed info regarding anything we could possibly need while in town. A quick 8 minute drive to the IU pool. The home is in a well kept family friendly neighborhood. Would highly recommend this home for couples or families visiting the Bloomington area!!

For now we are enjoying renting the house out to Guests who want to stay in our area - short term, weddings, homecomings, sports games,Mountain biking, hiking, boating and water sports,etc.
Being 5 minutes away from a collage town Indiana University there are maga things to do and places to eat.
We are 20 minutes from Nashville Indiana,the famous Brown County , as well.
