This completely remodeled 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo with a private loft sleeps 6-8 and puts you steps away from everything you need for the perfect getaway.
Summer at Eagle Pointe is unlike anywhere else in Indiana. Spend your days at the pool just steps from your front door — visible right from the master bedroom balcony — or head over to the main Eagle Pointe pool featuring a cabana bar and full-service restaurant. When you're ready to hit the water, Lake Monroe is right outside your door with boating, fishing, and swimming all within easy reach. Fourwinds Marina is just minutes away for boat rentals and all things lake life. If you are interested in a boat rental during your stay, let us know as we are happy to reach out to the boat rental manager to make sure you get the best deal on your rental!
Want to cruise the resort in style? A golf cart is available to rent with your stay — perfect for getting around the community, heading to the pool, or just soaking in the scenery. Ask us about availability when you book.
Back on land, the resort offers a championship 18-hole golf course right outside your front door, plus brand new pickleball courts, tennis courts, and a basketball hoop for the kids. There's truly something for everyone. We are happy to help coordinate tee times and use of the resort amenities.
In the fall, Eagle Pointe is the perfect home base for IU fans — just a 20-minute drive to campus and Memorial Stadium. This condo books up fast for football weekends, so plan ahead.
The condo itself has been completely updated throughout and comfortably sleeps 6 across the master bedroom, private loft, and a new queen-sized sofa bed in the living room — plenty of room for the whole family or a group of friends. Can sleep up to 8 with multiple air mattresses available for use as needed.

We loved the space! I feel it's more suited for 2-4 guests with one full bath and one bedroom. Bryn was super helpful and very responsive!

Nice remodeled condo and great location

Stayed with some of my girlfriends easy to get around loved having a pool nearby! Scenery is very pretty loved seeing all the deer, people were friendly! Clubhouse food was amazing great music and entertainment on weekends, communication with everyone was super easy

Lovely Renovations Great Location

Beautiful condo that provided just what we needed to visit with our family that was camping nearby. This was our second time at Eagle Point for this reason, the first we stayed in was nice, but you can’t beat the proximity to the pool, as well as all the updates. Located very close to the pool, and the beautiful lake Monroe is just down the way.

Fantastic condo

Came down for long weekend at the lake. Fantastic condo. Having the teens up in the loft was perfect. Appreciated the 2nd half bath and also the quiet balcony overlooking the woods. Will definitely rent again!

Great location just minutes from Fairfax. Plenty of pools, walking etc on site. Well maintained property with plenty of space for our family of 5. Condo looks over wooded area which was quiet and peaceful. Dinner at Eagle Pointe was great. Morning jogs around the property was great with lots of views of deer! Our host was friendly, helpful and responsive - not that we had any issues.

We stayed there for a wedding so we were busy and didn’t get to use the pool or anything but it looked very nice. Condo was awesome and check in was super easy. Host very nice and quick to respond!

There is nothing remotely possible you could negatively say about this property and entire experience. The property backs up to the woods and is serene and quiet. But great for kids too. We had 4 with us and they have 2 air mattresses, a futon, a pull out. More than enough for 4. This is a great property to enjoy some golf, drive into town for IU games, and not have to deal with inflated hotel prices, that offer nothing like this property.
