Charming Family Home in the Heart of Martha's Vineyard

This home is located on a private wooded lot and has 3BR/2.5B. On the first floor you will have an eat-in kitchen with a bar to eat at, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and brand-new hardwood floors. On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms (including a master ensuite) and an additional shared full bath. You will also have access to the washer & dryer in basement. Other amenities include: Wireless Internet (WiFi), TV, beach chairs, patio and grill.

Our home is conveniently located in the heart of the island in West Tisbury. Rural and unspoiled, West Tisbury has many acres of State Forest, scenic beaches, and many historical structures. Its New England village charm is maintained with its general store, post office, and many farms. Also Edgartown, Vineyard Haven, and Oak Bluffs are all within easy driving distance (10-20 mins).

Our family has lived on the Vineyard for 4 generations and know all the ins and outs of the island, so if you would like some tips to any hidden gems to discover during your stay we are here to make your stay special!

Perfect place on an expensive island

We go to the vineyard a lot. The prices for hotels and most homes are silly. This place was clean and organized. Perfect for family of 5.

Peaceful stay in West Tisbury

Our group of four adults really enjoyed our stay at this property. Although it was far from most of the action of other towns, we ended up loving our quiet mornings spent on the back deck surrounded by nature and our evenings spent grilling. The home had everything we needed, including a smart TV. We had a small issue with some ground beetles getting in from outdoors in one bedroom, and Alysha responded promptly by getting an exterminator out right away. Thanks Alysha for a great stay!

Weekend on MV

We stayed at the property for 3 days and it was accurately listed online. The house has plenty of kitchen items to cook, games, and other helpful amenities. The property is very private and located in a beautiful wooded area that is quiet. We brought a car and that was helpful. Sometimes we struggled to get Ubers when needed but that was due to the lack of drivers and not a reflection of the property at all. Overall, we had a great stay and would be excited to stay here again in the future!

Nice Home, but needs some upgrades

Very quiet area, but feels far away from everything. Great communication with Alysha! House is very basic with all the amenities needed. Both couches in TV room definitely need to be replaced; very uncomfortable when you sink so low when sitting. Main bedroom mattress also needs to be replaced (and needs a box spring!). My back hurt every morning. Also thought it was a little much to ask us to empty all the garage cans in the house, do the dishes and take all the sheets off the bed…. And then charge us a *pricey* cleaning fee.

West Tisbury

House was nice and comfortable. A little far from any town but we were there during the summer so Ubers and Lyfts were readily available. We were not prepared to not have bar soap or an iron at the house. We didn’t rent a car bc of the expense but if you stay in this area, you might look into renting a car.

Good location, clean, neat and well maintained. The house was centrally located. We would definitely stay here next time we come to the island.
