Western Moon - Private Retreat with Pool and Hot Tub

At Western Moon, enjoy a private retreat in one of Tucson's historic neighborhoods, Blenman Elm. Our renovated home sleeps 8, with interior and exterior spaces curated to be warm and welcoming while focusing on the indoor/outdoor living and beautiful weather we're known for.

Play all day in the private pool, and enjoy evening BBQs in the backyard with outdoor dining, comfortable seating and string lights. Perfect for groups and families, we've designed this space with your enjoyment in mind.

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house, along with a spacious living room and fully stocked kitchen. The home can easily accommodate a large group of friends, couples, or families. Cozy organic cotton bedding welcomes you at the end of the day.

The Main Bedroom has a queen bed, two stacked twin beds, with private attached en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed for sleeping two and a nearby second bathroom.

The living room can sleep another two on the sleeper sofa.

The main living room has a large slider door to enjoy indoor outdoor living during the cooler months. This also provides direct access to the pool with plenty of seating and lounging possible for everyone.

At the back of the house is the back patio with hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining, a charcoal grill, and string lights to provide ample lighting.

The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with essentials and more.

Pets - We may allow pets on a case by case basis, please message us to see if we can accommodate.

The home and property are entirely private and available for your use. There is plenty of free street parking in front of the house and the garage at the back of the house can park two cars. The garage is 6'5" in height.

Pool can be heated at your request. Heating fee may be applicable.

If an unauthorized event occurs, a $500 fee will be charged. No parties or events are allowed.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we have a few house rules in place. Additional charges may apply in cases of excessive mess, damages, unauthorized guests, smoking, or pets not disclosed at booking. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Communication with Erin was easy and direct, the house was spotless with modern amenities. Western Moon is a wonderfully airy space with a sparkling clean pool and a real fireplace, which we enjoyed every evening. It has a modern touch but the sky lights give it a distinctly Southwestern touch. I would have stayed on readily.

Absolutely Perfect home away from home!

Perfect home away from home for our family while visiting Tucson! The home has everything you would need and more! Easy check in and check out procedures, plenty of space for our family and in a great location. Neighbors were quiet and we had no issues at all. We will definitely stay here again and again!

Great location!

We stayed at Western Moon for Mom’s surgery at Banner Hospital. We were close to restaurants and everything we needed. The pool was key to beating the hot summer weather. Overall, the house was well appointed and comfortable.

Great house and hosts

Very well located and nicely furnished home. We have Tucson roots but live out of state now. We felt right at home during our visit and this rental hit all the right Tucson notes. Great place and thoughtful hosts. Highly recommended!

Relaxing Tucson

Beautiful, comfortable Tucson home with a pool and hot tub made our stay perfect. The pool was a great addition. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it was out back near seating and a fire pit. Beds were comfortable; linens were nice. Home was easily large enough for two couples or a family. Host was easy to interact with and responsive. We would stay again for sure!

Relax in comfort

My spouse and I needed to get out of the frozen Midwest and relax somewhere warm. So glad we chose to visit Tucson and stay in this clean and lovely house. We enjoyed afternoons by the well-maintained pool, reading and watching TV in the comfortable livingroom, and sleeping comfortably in the quiet bedroom. The bathrooms are very up to date and lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed from coffee in the morning to steak on the grill in the evening. All appliances are very new, and we appreciated the nice washer & dryer. The neighborhood is great for a morning walk. One afternoon we walked a few blocks to the lovely Arizona Inn and enjoyed a cocktail in the bar. This house is so well located that we were able to get to several great restaurants in 15 minutes or so. Many grocery stores are close by, and attractions like the botanical gardens, museums, etc are easy to reach. Thanks to Erin for the quick responses to any questions. We would stay here again if we return to Tucson!

The location was ideal - we walked to U of A a couple times plus easy to get around town. Mix of good restaurants and grocery store nearby and coffee shop one block away!Loved the house design and mid century southwest vibe. Comfy beds, great shower rooms and pool was refreshing!

Easter Family Vacation

Very nice house in gods location, central to all things in Tucson. Grandchildren loved the pool. Heave rented a lot of VRBOs. This one was exceptional.
