Natures Crest Retreat, Hocking Hills

Welcome to Natures Crest Retreat, a cozy and secluded getaway nestled atop a hill in the breathtaking Hocking Hills. Just two miles away from Boch Hollow Nature Preserve, this property offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The views are incredible! Enjoy them from the Jacuzzi hot tub, the crackling fire pit, or simply lounging on the charming porch swing. You're going to feel on top of the world with the added bonus of complete privacy and a location that's just a short drive to town.

Privacy is guaranteed at this property. You won’t see any neighboring cabins or houses.

The location is awesome! In the middle of the Hocking Hills, situated less than 2 miles from Boch Hollow Nature Preserve. You are 8 miles to local restaurants in the town of Logan. Our area has so many opportunities for Hiking and getting out in nature. Old Man's cave, Ash cave, Cedar falls, Rock house and Cantwell Cliffs just to name a few.

There are nearby opportunities for Hiking, Canoeing/Kayaking, Horseback riding, Zip lining, Bicycling, fishing, climbing and many more.

Valley View Hills Winery is just a short drive away less than 5 miles there are also a couple breweries in the Hocking Hills.

The opportunity to just stay at the retreat and relax is also a great option. Natures Crest has a fantastic porch swing. The hot tub, fire pit and propane BBQ grill are ready for you to enjoy.

There are two bedrooms, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom. Two full bathrooms. The master bathroom has a huge walk in shower. Natures Crest sleeps 4 people. The maximum number of guests allowed on a reservation is 6. You can bring an air mattress, but we do not provide cots.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. We also have a washing machine and dryer please bring your own detergent.

The living room has a smart TV and access to DirecTV satellite TV.

The road in is paved and the driveway is paved for easy access!

In January 2025, we upgraded the living and dining furniture to brand-new pieces.

As of June 2022, we completed a major Wi-Fi upgrade. You can stream in 4K or make Zoom calls without any issues. The download speed is approximately 100 Mb per second, and the upload speed is around 10 Mbps. Wi-Fi is free while you’re staying at our home.

Please note that there is no landline phone available.

Amazing place!!!

The location of this spot is amazing! The views are incredible and it feels very secluded! We had a ton of fun in the hot tub even though it was snowing and 20 degrees outside. The cabin was extremely clean. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone trying to escape the city life.

What a great weekend getaway. Quiet and private setting but close drive to the top hiking and dining spots in Hocking Hills. Comfortable bed and amazing front porch with hot tub and fire pit! We’ll be back.

Brought my wife and kids here for my wife's birthday weekend. The house was very clean and cozy, especially on rainy evenings where watched TV on the recliners and played Uno with the kids. We sat on the porch swings on the that overlooked the hills. It was breathtaking. At night we used the fire pit, star gazed, and the hot tub was relaxing. One of our favorite activities were kayaking and hiking old mans cave! I highly recommend this property you will not be disappointed. We can't wait to return in the future.

Incredible house in a beautiful location

Our stay here was incredible. The property is perfect and supplies everything you need for your stay. It's in a secluded location with an absolutely gorgeous view, made even better by the jacuzzi and the clear night sky. I cannot speak highly enough of the host and this property and will certainly be staying again.

Fabulous view!

Communication was great, wireless Internet connection very good. The hill was steep, and we were thankful that the road was paved, but my minivan handled it fine. Couldn’t ask for a more private location or more glorious view.

Beautiful home, amazing view! This was our second year in a row that we visited Natures Crest Retreat and plan to go again next year. Most everything that you need is available to enjoy your stay. Although we dont drink coffee nor tea, both are available if you wish to do so. The kitchen is well equipped although a few storage containers to use during your stay would be helpful. Also, bring your own body wash or soap. We stayed four nights and only one small tube of body wash is provided per bathroom. Next year ill remember to bring additional soap or body wash. Overall, the home is a wonderful retreat and I highly recommend you visiting. It's close to Hocking Hills and nearby grocery. Host Billy is highly responsive to your questions and responds quickly. Great stay!

Absolutely perfect!

My husband, daughter(8) and I stayed here for Thanksgiving. This beautiful home was perfect! Breathtaking view, so very comfortable and clean. It felt like home. Had everything we needed. We did not want to leave, so peaceful and quiet. I'm dreaming of going back already. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Very secluded and quiet but not far from restaurants and grocery stores. Just book it! You will not be disappointed!

Lovely, secluded home

This home was a little remote, but its beautiful view made up for the steep gravel driveway and easy-to-miss turn off. We absolutely loved the porch swing looking out on a beautiful valley, and enjoyed the hot tub that had the same view. Billy was friendly and accessible--really no complaints at all! Make sure you have 4WD or All-wheel drive, and bring your own Keurig pods if you're picky. Once you get there you won't want to leave!

Relaxing Retreat

The views from this property are spectacular. We saw lots of bunnies and deer while we were there too. The home is decorated very tastefully and the beds were very comfortable. It was also very clean. We can't wait to come back!
