Our incredibly luxurious and stylish home is a perfect place for your vacation. Once the mayor of Twentynine Palms estate, this home has been upgraded to suit the likings of a King and Queen! Big enough to fit 3-4 couples plus kids! You will never get bored at the house, with swimming, indoor and outdoor hot tub spa, volleyball, and observation deck, and minutes from Indian Cove and JTNP. Book our Villa today for your family or friend holiday in the sun, we promise you won't regret it! Request for the pool roseate to 80degrees for an extra fee.

Location was fabulous and the space was filled with natural light. A great place to relax after long hikes. Hot tub was super nice in the evening and the proximity to the park allowed for a quick trip for evening star gazing with dark skies.

The location, artsy vibes and indoor and outdoor space were good and as expected. 2 of the 4 nights that we stayed, we did not have and gas which meant that we didn’t have heat, hot water, a stove or dryer. Communication with the owner was slow to check on the issues and not resolved during our stay. The owner was “sorry” that the propane tanks could not be refilled during our stay and gave us 500 refund (17% of our total stay bill) and offered us a free night if we book another stay. We were offered fire wood for heat. We requested electric heaters for the bedrooms instead but none were made available.

A Luxury Experience!

This was the COOLEST house and was even more impressive in person! The check-in process was so easy, there was plenty of space for everyone to eat together, and each room had its own personality. The volleyball court was such a nice touch as well. Being tucked away from town made it feel so private and Theodore has all of his custom art throughout the house. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful artist home, great location, close to JT Natl Park

Can boulder Skull Rock in <30 min from the house and hike 49 Palms <10. Less than 10 min to restaurants like Kitchen in the Desert. Yet you don't see/hear any neighbors and truly feel away from things.

Perfect getaway

Pulling up to this property you’re just taken back by the size and greenery in the front of the house. The check in was super fast and easy. The pictures could do the size no justice the high ceiling with large windows make the entry and main living room feel enormous. I felt like I walked into my dream kitchen. The beautiful color compliments the house so well. The multiple dining areas offer something for everyone. The bar area was a huge hit! Plenty of kitchen counter space and beautiful vintage stove, walk in pantry, and fireplace offer beautiful ambiance. The bedrooms were big but the master was a dream huge and offered a large bathtub with jets and large shower and doors that Lead out to both the pool area and hot tub. The pool is huge and helped with the summer heat. Multiple patio seating areas. Huge outdoor table and bar style seating also. Outdoor rinsing area and more greenery through out the patio and volleyball area.

Amazing place for adventure and relaxation!

This is hands down the best place we have ever stayed! The beauty of the property makes you feel like you are staying in a resort that you have to yourself! The house was clean and had everything we needed to have a luxurious stay. We loved having breakfast outside in the lush oasis while looking out at the sandy mountains of the desert. We also very much enjoyed the hot tub at night under the bright stars! The 49 palms oasis trail was definitely a group favorite and was only a quick 7 min drive from the house. During our stay the host was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to rest and rejuvenate, spend quality time with family, or go on desert adventures. We absolutely plan on coming back!

We love our guests and truly want them to have the best experience possible while staying in our homes. We take pride in cleanliness, respect, and communication. We respect our guests privacy and often do not meet personally but we are close by incase of an emergency or disturbance.

I bought this property because of the location, architecture, and history. I saw a home that at one point was magnificent but neglected. I love restoring homes and this was the ultimate project. My wife and I put a lot of TLC into the Vill and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
