**NOTE: Pool Heat is $195 for each day it is running. The pool will be heated to 88 degrees and takes approximately 15 hours to reach this temperature. Full payment for the pool heat must be provided in advance ( Pool heat must be paid for 24 hours prior to check in. Pool heat MUST be paid for the entire duration of stay ). Pool heat will be SHUT OFF the night before you check out. Let us know in in advance so we can set it up for your stay!



** NOTE: Your fur baby is welcome in our home! If you plan to brings any Pets make sure to disclose this now to save on the Pet Fees! Pet Fees are $99/pet if reported before check-in and $200/pet if observed on the property but not paid for prior to check-in.

The kitchen was very well appointed, both for cooking and baking. The linens were ample and luxurious. Lots of throw blankets for chilly evenings. Close to the Park entrance. Lots of kitchy bars, restaurants and artisan galleries near by. Plenty of space for a large family. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home with gorgeous views!

Came here to celebrate my 30th birthday with friends & boyfriend and we had a wonderful time! Plenty of space for a group of 8, rooms and beds were all comfortable, and the space was pretty with lots of windows and natural light. The backyard was huge with gorgeous views, and since it was prime time for stargazing we could even see a bit of the milky way from the backyard at night! We enjoyed fun pool days, nights by the fire pit, playing corn hole, and cooking for each other. Michael was a super responsive and nice host! The park, Pioneertown, and Integratron were all short drives away. We had a blast here.

Great for relaxing and remote work!

We went for a relaxing girl's weekend of 9 adults. Very spacious, and clean place! The beds were comfortable. Several fans throughout the house if you need them. The kitchen was well stocked with modern appliances. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. Michael, the owner, was detailed in their communication ahd gave great tips. We didnt need anything while there but he checked in to make sure things were fine and to let us know he was there to help. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely go back!

This was the WORST vacation rental I have ever been to. My dog was poisoned after ingesting THC in the yard 3 hours into our stay. A midnight trip to the ER (1.5 hours away) with my daughter hysterical because she thought her dog was dead. He was urinating on himself and unresponsive. He tested positive for THC on a urine drug screen at the ER. The following morning we walked the yard and found more THC products, beer cans in bushes, feces and broken glass on the ground. I contacted the host regarding toxins and he was unconcerned. Said only the inside of the house need be safe and that it wasn’t his problem. Not only would he not be reimbursing me for my veterinary bills but he would not refund the stay, despite leaving midway through the stay when VRBO failed to find us alternate accommodations. To add insult to injury, the host sent a generic email to make sure the house was adequately stocked with supplies. The house had NO cleaning products aside from hand soap and ONE roll of paper towels. My dog was dribbling urine for 12 hours and we had 1 roll of paper towels to use. The owner/host said the lack of cleaning supplies was normal. He did not care that the fenced yard had trash, feces, broken glass and THC on the ground, he said things blow into yard. Avoid this rental and host. A host that brags online regarding 50 million in rental assets and only cares about money.

We were very sorry to hear about the health scare involving your dog — that must have been a frightening experience for your family, and we sincerely hope your dog recovered quickly. The property sits on approximately five acres in the open desert outside Joshua Tree. Because of the size of the land and the natural desert environment, outdoor areas can occasionally contain natural debris or items that may blow in with wind or be carried by wildlife. For this reason, we always encourage guests traveling with pets to supervise them while outdoors, which is standard for most rural desert properties. Regarding household supplies, the home is stocked with starter items for guests. If additional supplies are needed during a stay, our team is always happy to assist when contacted. We regret that your stay ended early and that VRBO was unable to provide alternate accommodations. Guest comfort is important to us, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.
