Welcome to Central Downtown Vancouver! This 2 bedroom home sleeps 6 guests and offers sweeping city views. Centrally located in Vancouver's Stadium/Crosstown District, you are minutes, often steps, away from all the city action.

Skytrain station "Stadium-Chinatown" is at your doorstep. This makes transport to/from the airport, cruise ship terminal, and getting around town easy and convenient.

Right outside the building is a major grocery store, popular restaurants, Starbucks and McDonalds.

We use NoiseAware monitors to monitor noise levels. After your first warning if noise levels are not reduced to acceptable levels we will cancel the reservation. This is a condo building so we do not want to disturb any of our neighbors.

Great apartment

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Great kitchen for cooking breakfast. Easy to get everywhere.

Good Location

The property is in a decent location close to the metro and nicer areas of town. The property was not as clean as expected. The sheets on the beds did not appear to be washed as there were stains on one set and the other pillow cases smelled like someone's dirty hair. The bathroom vanities were dimly lit due to burned out bulbs not being replaced. We paid a lot of money for this apartment and expected more. We made the best of it.

Horrible experience

Host cancelled our reservations 6 minutes after our checkin time and only after us contacting him letting him know we were unable to enter the unit. Was untruthful about reason why. He kicked us out because he had a long term renter. We had travelled all day to Vancouver and then were at a huge inconvenience trying to find another place to stay on a busy 4th of July and Rolling Stone convert weekend. Our refund hasn’t even been received yet nor any restitution for our inconvenience.

Hello Marla, It is correct that your stay was canceled prior to your arrival, and you were fully refunded for that. This was due to damages left by a previous guest, which caused a leak. Since it was an apartment, the leak was entering a unit downstairs. Building management compelled us to address the issue promptly, which required 1-2 days of work. Although the situation was unfortunate, it was beyond our control. We explained this to you while assisting you in booking an alternative property across the street at our expense, which you declined. We do not have a long term renter, that was our plumber. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, as hosts, there are certain circumstances beyond our control, and we understand that this may be frustrating. For clarification, it was not canceled 5 minutes before check-in; it was 6 days prior. We acknowledge that you may have missed the messages and emails until closer to the check-in date.

Great Stay!

This is a great place! Easy check in process, close to the sky train so getting from the airport to the condo was a breeze. Beautiful views from the balcony. Close to so much as we walked to most places. Will be staying here again when we come back.

High over Vancouver

Our party of five, including one using a wheelchair, found this property to be well suited to our needs (we were in Vancouver awaiting a cruise departure). The property was bright, clean and walkable to the Cruise Terminal. Our hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed the property's proximity to Chinatown and the sports stadiums. We would definitely consider this property for a future stay in Vancouver.

Super Aussicht und Lage

32. Stock - Balkon - super Aussicht auf False creek und science center. Bei Nacht tolle Beleuchtung. Die Bilder des Inserats sind sehr treffend. Bei geschlossenem Fenster Straßenlärm ok, sehr hell, Verdunklungsmöglichkeit wenig, für 4 super.

Stayed here for play

We decided to stay here because it was close to the theater. Nice apartment and very nice to have parking included but it was a very tight fit for a mid to full-sized car. Very easy to walk to the theater and to the a nearby running/bike path around the water. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Great location, great view

We stayed here for 5 nights in May and we lucked out with the weather, it was sunny and 20 degrees the entire time! Our place is exactly as the photos, the views are outstanding and we were located near great shops, restaurants, all walking distance (approx. 2-15min). We walked to Canada Place to participate in various tours (Whistler, Capilano etc.) The host was extremely responsive and provided the help we needed right away. I would recommend staying here and we would stay here again! :)

Excellent stay

The payment was lovely, the location was outstanding but, if you are driving in for your stay,please read the fine print regarding the SMALL parking space. We had significant damage to our rented minivan because of the size and awkward location of the parking place. This was the only issue we had and I would highly recommend this property.

Vancouver Getaway

Excellent property very close to Rogers and BC place. Walking distance to restaurants and science world. Host is an excellent communicator and helpful. 32 floor has nice view. Overall excellent spot.
