Welcome to our charming and cozy apartment located in the heart of downtown Vancouver!



Our location couldn't be better! We are steps away from trendy restaurants, bars, and shops in the downtown area. You can easily walk or bike to popular attractions such as Stanley Park, Granville Island, Gastown, Rogers Arena, BC Place, Seawall, and the Vancouver Art Gallery.



Our building offers fantastic amenities, including a Gym, indoor pool, and hot tub, 1 secure underground parking.



The Space:

Our beautifully furnished apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and 2 cozy bedrooms with comfortable queen-sized beds. We also provide high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV for your entertainment needs.



Take in the stunning vistas of False Creek, downtown Vancouver, and Science World from every room. Our stylishly decorated apartment is designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind.



We've taken care to ensure that everything you need for a hassle-free stay is provided, including towels, shampoo, soap, kitchenware, an ironing board, a hairdryer, and other hotel-grade amenities.



Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. We're confident that you'll love our apartment and all that it has to offer!



NOTE: Please note that we do have a sofabed in the living room for the use of the children.

Sofa bed Use:

Kindly note that there will be a linen charge for using the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance as our cleaning company requires this information.



Crib and Highchair:

We offer the option of renting a pack 'n play and highchair for an additional fee.



Please note we do not refund credit card processing fee for eligible refunds .



Pool and Hot Tub will be closed from Jan 30th 2026 until the first week of March 2026.



Portable AC:

Please Note that for summer months there will be 2 portable AC units in the apartment which means that there will be 2 windows open with the AC hose outside.



We are fully licensed and are allowed to do short term rentals.

Winter stay

We stayed for 5 days and went all over Vancouver. Great location, close to everything you need. Excellent views and apartment had everything we needed. Communication with property manager was great. Really enjoyed our stay

Good location.

This property is nicely situated within walking distance of restaurants, Granville Island, and other amenities. Nice views from the 36th floor. We arrived in Vancouver early in the morning, so could not check in until 4 PM. However, the Sandman hotel is three blocks away and we were able to leave our bags there. Would recommend this property.

Vancouver stay

The location for this property is very good. Close to all public transportation. We had an issue with the fob and it was resolved in a timely fashion. Missing a few items like a coffee pot, a clean rug, a working toilet paper holder. We would have appreciated an extra set of towels and kitchen towels for our stay, which was for 6 nights. Overall great view and good amenities.

Convenience and comfort

Convenient location to transportation, supermarket and eateries. Beautiful view of False Creek. Unit has all the amenities (including utensils and condiments for meals) needed for comfortable stay. A few things didn’t function 100% but were minor enough to work around. Light sleepers will need ear plugs as Skytrain and car noises are noticeable.

My wife and I and our adult daughter enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The views from the small balcony were fun. The location is about a 15 minute walk from the harbor and Canada place and even closer to the BC Place and Roger’s arena stadiums. It is also walking distance from the west end ferry terminal that can take you to Granville island. I do recommend taking the tiny ferry at least once it’s very cute.The kitchen is only sparsely equipped. There are utensils cups, glasses, plates and some pots, but no baking pans or even a cutting board. Fortunately, there are many restaurants and food options in the area. Be aware that some of these restaurants are open for lunch only.The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, the rug in the living room, not so much. The washer dryer and supplied laundry soap were appreciated.I didn’t realize there was a swimming pool and weight room available for use
