Ample Parking!! Bedroom #1 “Master Bedroom” has large King bed with a Large walk in Shower & a Large Flat Screen Smart TV for streaming all your favorite movies/shows. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed with a large Flat Screen Smart TV. Bedroom #3 has 2 full beds with a Large Flat Screen Smart TV. Kitchen is well stocked with Keurig coffee maker, Blender, Toaster, Waffle maker Hot Tea pot, all pots/pans and utensils needed to cook up your fresh catch from a relaxing day on the beach fishing, swimming, or just enjoying the amazing sunsets…The Island has 4 bar stools along with a dining room table for eating and playing board games/cards. The Living Room has a Super Large sectional that is extremely hard to leave as it is so comfortable, also enjoy the Large Flat Screen Smart TV to watch all your favorite family movies together while eating popcorn or your favorite snacks! Extra blankets are available if you decide to make this spot permanent while you are on vacation!! Both Front and back porch offer Gulf Views!!!!!!When you get ready to go the Swim Spa make sure you plan to hang out under the porch on the lounge sectional sofa or egg chair reading a book, taking a nap , or just watching others enjoy relaxing in the spa……We want you to feel at home!!! Our Happy Place had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. Traveling with 4 children is always an adventure and this beach home was family friendly. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and really had everything we needed for the week. They had some games and a small set of kids pots/pans which really came in handy during the rainy days! The walk to the beach was pretty easy. I do recommend bringing or renting a beach cart, especially if coming with children. The swim spa was also a great way to relax at the end of the day. Beautiful area to hang out and enjoy. Marc responded quickly when we had questions and was very friendly. We would definitely stay again at Our Happy Place.

The house was nice and clean. The decor was very nice and beach themed! The beds were comfortable and clean. The AC worked great. The beach is a short walk across the main road and there is multiple sandy paths down to it. It was easy even with kids. The beach was clean and not crowded. The swim spa was great after a long Beach day. There was an outdoor shower and foot wash area before going inside the house! I would definitely bring some extra towels as there were not quite enough. We had brought our own larger beach towels which was nice. There were toiletries, dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, two rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels in the house which was nice! Marc was responsive to all communication. They also provided a lovely little guide binder of all the local restaurants! The main deck had nice chairs and a little view of the ocean for drinking coffee in the mornings. We really enjoyed our stay here! If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing beach stay, this is the place for you!

We had a wonderful getaway with family at your house. Location was excellent to get to the beach and the inside and outside both were very nice and welcoming. The only suggestion I would add would be to let people know that there aren’t any extra beach towels for the Jacuzzi. We had to run to the Dollar General and buy us some towels in order to use them at the Jacuzzi due to us flying in from Texas. Otherwise, we really enjoyed your place and thank you very much for allowing us to spend family time there. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. It was quiet and peaceful and was truly the perfect stay! We were just a walk across the street from the beach. Our whole stay was great, just had some issues with the hot tub but Marc responded within minutes and helped us figure it out! Would definitely stay here again!

The house is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located by the beach. The beach is gorgeous and not crowded. We were very pleased with the set up and decor of the house and felt very at home during our stay. I’d highly recommend this location for a peaceful beach escape. Check in and out was simple. "Our Happy Place" is just that!

We are in love with Port St. Joe and this beautiful home! Convenient to the beach(literally across the street!) and to local restaurants and the downtown area. The home is updated and beautiful and the swim spa!!!! Owners are great to work with and had excellent recommendations!

Amazing property!

We were there for a corporate retreat and totally enjoyed our stay. The home was well equipped with all we needed and the view of the ocean from the deck was an added pleasure. The hot tub was a great place to relax or swim some laps. We will definitely be coming back again. Everything was just perfect.

Steps from the beach

The hot tub was a huge bonus. Groups of us had a great time. Steps from the pretty part of the beach. Very clean. Cute town very close by. Would definitely stay again!
