Located in Building 2 of Hilton Head Resort —Easy walk to the beach on the boardwalk (7 minute walk) or complimentary golf cart shuttle if you like March-October
The amenities are unbeatable and include 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room, indoor track and fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, Pool Bar and Grill and on site bike rental. Coco’s Beach Bar is at the end of the boardwalk. June 1-August 17 minimum 7 days stay
LIVING AREA
Bright and airy living room boasts beautiful views from all windows. Opens to furnished balcony with beautiful view. Sectional Sofa, Lazy Boy Recliner, Sofa table with stools, 2 side chairs and 56 inch smart HDTV makes this area perfect for relaxing.
DINING AREA
This open area includes a Dining room table with seating for 6. There is also seating for 3 at the sofa table.
KITCHEN
New Stainless Appliances and fully equipped with ice maker, pots, pans, dishes, crock pot, air fryer, Regular AND Keurig Coffee pot, spices, blender and toaster oven.

We have been coming to HHI for several years and this was easily the most comfortable stay we have had. The unit was exactly as advertised and exceeded any and all expectations. It was clean, comfortable and was truly a home away from home. We didn’t have to stress about the little things. The view was amazing, the amenities were outstanding and Angela was a fantastic host who answered any questions I had during our stay. We hope to be back!

Beautiful condo

Hilton Head Resort has been our family favorite for about 15 years. This particular condo is by far the nicest one in the resort. 5 stars all the way around. The owner is super nice and easy to work with! Can’t wait to visit again!!!

Relaxing and fun!

We had a wonderful experience with this property. The unit is very clean, and modern. Has everything you could possibly need. The amenities for the resort are wonderful. The beach is a short walk away, and it is very nice and clean. The property owner was very accommodating and had a great communication.

The condo is very clean and the unit is located in a back corner of property providing privacy and a nice view of the marsh. The property manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions I had. We had a wonderful stay here, enjoying the beach, pickle ball courts, nearby shopping, and great restaurants

Amazing Condo

This condo was amazing. It was so beautifully decorated and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you need. Gorgeous views off the balcony. Golf cart shuttle to the beach. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. We had one minor hiccup when checking in but it was promptly fixed within 5 minutes. You will not regret staying here.

Great Visit

The property was perfect and as described. The photos don’t do justice to the unit. It was updated with modern renovations that seemed very recent. Extremely comfortable and perfect for our family of 4. Had room for more if needed. We would go back.

An Amazing Experience

This unit in Hilton Head Resort was the perfect location for our stay. Close to the beach and the free shuttle to the beach was very convenient. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated and was very clean with white linens throughout. The kitchen was also stocked perfectly. The beds were so comfortable. The indoor pool was an excellent feature as well, for cool nights. The end unit was nice with the view of the golf course, ocean and marsh all from the comfort of the sofa or balcony. I definitely will stay here again.

Incredible Stay

We had the best time staying here. Everything has been updated and it is just beautiful. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Tons of comfy seating in the living room. A great kitchen to cook in, with everything you need. An amazing view of the golf course and a lagoon from the deck, which had incredible birds at eye level of the tops of the palm trees. The living room has a great view of the boardwalk and the ocean in the distance. Highly recommend grabbing a burger from Coco's at the end of the boardwalk as well. Would be thrilled to stay here again!

Great location and condo

Condo was great for our family. Excellent cleanliness and plenty of room for the five of us to spread out. Everything I needed in the kitchen, including an air fryer! Owner doesn’t want renters to use their beach gear (totally understand) so ended up leaving 5 Walmart fold up beach chairs and a boogie board (didn’t have room to bring back in the overloaded car) so definitely check the beach locker before buying anything.

October 2022 Visit

My family and I stayed in this condo over a long weekend while on HHI for a golf tournament. The condo was clean and as advertised. We had some initial issues with the smart lock on the door to enter the condo, but Angela was very responsive and helped solve the problem quickly. This condo has wonderful views and we especially enjoyed having access to the boardwalk that takes you straight to the ocean.

Perfect in EVERY SINGLE WAY

The property is in a wonderful location close to the ocean with a view. It is close to shopping, restaurants and everything we needed to make our stay great. The beach storage locker is a plus so we didn’t have to tote our beach stuff to the condo. The condo is absolutely amazing, clean, well appointed, nicely decorated and the view is magnificent. The nicest place we have ever stayed and we have been going to HHI for years. We will definitely be back. The host is also excellent to communicate with and very accommodating.
