This is a wonderful place to stay, easy and quick walk to the ocean, you can also see the ocean from the balcony. The resort was clean and lots of amneties to use (pools, steam room, sauna, tennis courts). The area felt safe and quiet, we had lots of fun. Thank you Sandra and Donald!

A nice, good value condo. The views from the balcony are exceptional - marshland, wildlife, people watching and sea. Everything is provided for a day on the beach and communication with the host, Sandra, was easy.

Great location overall. We enjoyed being able to see and hear the ocean from the balcony, The walk to the beach - in my personal opinion - was a little long, particularly when tired from walking/sunbathing while at the beach, but for the most part, I enjoyed the exercise I wouldn’t have otherwise gotten. Not to mention, the shuttle was often available as an alternative to walking for those very moments. Lots of families and littles for those with preferences for or against. Awesome beach - clean, soft sand, no seaweed in the water and not too crowded. Nice and convenient places to eat/drink on property. Hosts were friendly and extremely responsive.

Fantastic location! The beach felt secluded, the sunrise over the marsh is beautiful, and having amenities on site like bike rentals, pool, and bar upped the convenience factor. The hosts were super responsive and answered all questions promptly as well as offered local recommendations.

Fun week at the beach

The condo was vert clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the walk across the boardwalk through the marshes to the beach but a shuttle is also available. CoCo's restaurant is right on the beach and surprisingly good food and great drinks, fun atmosphere.

This place was everything it was advertised and more. We planned this trip as a last minute vacation. This villa provided us with everything you could possibly need while on vacation. They even provided beach chairs umbrellas, wagon to tote everything as well as toys for the kids. We will definitely be booking this place again. Also the hosts are amazing and very accessible throughout your stay with any questions that may arise from check in to recommendations for restaurants.

Great condo for quick get away

Sandra's condo was exactly what my family needed for our HIlton Head get away. Good location, beautiful beach with easy short walk over lovely boardwalk. Condo was clean and kitchen well stocked. Staff went above and beyond and mailed my daughters airpods back to us.

Super close to the beach!

The condo is a nice 2 bdrm very close to the beach. Sandra provided a good amount of information for local restaurants and activities which was great. The condo is just a walk across the boardwalk to the beach and about 3 - 4 miles away from the main shopping areas, although there are many areas to shop even closer by.

Granddaughter's first beach trip!

Place was very clean and well-equipped, with a nice view from the balcony, and included a locker with beach equipment The beach was the perfect distance for a nice walk; we didn't even have to use the available shuttle. There are both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. It's also very close to Shelter Cove Town Center and other shopping/eating. All in all it was a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Birthday Trip

It is located near the beach and a shuttle was provided to get us to the beach if we didn’t want to walk. The walk was not bad but the shuttle was great. The villa was beautiful and very clean. There are several pools available on the property with a grill and gift shop. So many great things to say about the owners and their attention to details within their villa.
